I called to ask some simple questions about taxes, halfway through my question I was interrupted with “I need to do inventory I’m not sure what we have” and put on hold, waited a long time and he never came back to the phone. Pretty obvious he just didn’t want to answer my questions about pricing. I wasn’t even asking about the inventory so I’m not sure why he interrupted my question and call to suddenly go check on something else.

This will be my last update on Sun Valley Caregivers. I was sold some old expired cartridges on sale. No one told me they were expired and I wasn’t allowed to touch them to look at these details because of the virus... FYI they are select elite flavors. I bought 5 of them and they are gelled up like they sat outside. None of this is even a problem until I call on my lunch break and I am told that “all sales are final for this specific instance...” It’s unfortunate that the only way to communicate that some companies listen to is publicly in this type of forum. Sun Valley Caregivers is a good company at heart but they need to throw out the expired stuff. Hopefully this will drive that home, so no one else has to take an L on there $100 for bud that week.

I've been to dispensaries in 4 different states now and this one is definitely one of the better places. Very helpful and nice staff. Pretty big selection. Actual parking lot to park in. Change to 5 stars after I smoke some lol... Excellent flower and I bought a lower grade. 5 stars earned and well deserved. Well done

My spot away from home. I trek from dtla to here because no matter what, even if they out of what i need, i can still find something i want to suffice without the regret. Some.need to work on their customer service...or just go to the back and do something else, but even that rare dealings with the ill prepared isnt as bad as anywhere else. Still 5 stars to me

I drive from Oxnard down to here just for ☆SVC☆ (1 Hour Drive One Way) This shop beats all shops in Oxnard, HPC is my shop when I can't get out here.House Wax at $10 for 1/2 a gram 80%+ THC-A. The Staff Are Awesome & Funny. Always got deals going on! If you have not been here, it's worth stopping in even just to look. They have a weeds map online menu too.

I will say they have the best prices compared to any other shop I have been to. Let me also say they cover 15% of the tax and did I mention they are the first shop to open in sun valley and the are still here in the same location. Awesome customer service and excellent pricing for the same product I would receive at another shop that charges 20 to 30 bucks more.

I bought a gram of Raw Garden Slurm Fuel live sauce this past Wednesday at Sun Valley Caregivers in the northeast San Fernando Valley. It was my third trip to the well-organized, clean, bright, fully stocked, competitively priced, easily accessed store.The budtender who assisted me on my first two visits to the store was excellent. She answered my questions directly and accurately and was intimately familiar with the shop’s inventory. This week I met a new budtender named Chris, who is as conversational as he is knowledgeable about cannabis. Chris also provides superb customer service.Having done my research, I already knew upon arrival what I wanted to purchase. I didn’t need recommendations or have any specific questions for Chris, so he expediently pulled the items I asked for from the shelves and rang me up.Chris turned the register display towards me for transparency and to enable me to doublecheck items and prices. He also verbally confirmed the day’s 10% discount (“Wax Wednesday”), instilling confidence that I can trust the experts at Sun Valley Caregivers to be honest and fair.Before leaving I sparked up a conversation with Chris, and as the dispensary was uncrowded he kindly spent some time chatting with me.Chris showed me some of the incredibly sparkly, dense, heavily trichome-laden buds the shop carries. It was hard to catch a whiff of the aromatic flower encased in those awkward display boxes, but the compacted nugs shimmer like metamorphic greenschist in the modern midday sun. They’re absolutely stunning!We discussed a few of the latest flower strains, while Chris displayed one of Lowell’s branded pre-rolls (they come in glass tubes with matches). The conversation quickly returned to cannabis concentrates and we talked a bit about dabbing, carb caps, and dab pearls. It was a really engaging and fun way to make my visit more than a transactional experience. Staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Location might make you feel a little sketchy because it’s in a commercial zone but it’s safe and especially with the security guard on site an alert, you’ll be fine. Strains are good and so are the prices. If you’re in a budget and still want something good/decent, check this place out. 👍🏼👍🏼

My go to shop for 710 labs!! they have a wide selection of flavors and the staff has always been friendly, never had a bad experience with this shop. This shop is clean,organized, and professional, they also have a restroom inside and the atmosphere of the shop is welcoming. I'd definately recommend this spot to anyone whos looking for good buds and/or concentrates.
