Had a little hiccup with one of the edibles that were delivered to me from Mountain Remedy— wasn’t really expecting anything to be done about it, but to my pleasant surprise, Mountain Remedy was willing to offer an exchange without any extra cost to me. Alec was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made me really feel like he was looking out for me as a customer, and really help me. It was super appreciated.
