I didn't have to wait at all. It was my first visit and I am definitely going back many many times. They were really nice. Super helpful and the guy behind the counter was Finding every discount he could to give me. It really made me feel like they cared about me and valued me as a customer and that is so important. And it's rare. Thank you flower shop! PS I'm going to tell you again how much I love how you did the wall behind the name of your store inside. All that Greenery is so beautiful. Super nice touch.

This is my first experience with any dispensary and everyone there except for 1 person has been above and beyond helpful, informative and just plain nice! For the most part, they welcome your questions and the ability to educate their patients with any and all questions you may have. I am enjoying learning of all the various products and TFS has made it so. I really recommend this dispensary!

After coming to the dispensary under the name Sky only once. I came into today to get the new patient special at the flower shop... only to be told due to certain exclusions not listed I was not eligible. This is the first time I have left a negative review for any dispensary. Please list your exclusions on your website as this is very misleading to the general public.

Staff was great, super friendly. My problem is more of a corporate level one. The Flower Shop (formerly Sky dispensaries) does not accept Baked Bros. coupons anymore, due to the Sky name being printed on them. While inconvienent, I can understand this. However, they also carry over your records from Sky, showing you as a returning customer if you visited them while they operated as a Sky dispensary. Which means they will not allow you to participate in The Flower Shop's new patient deals. They want to sever ties with their old name when it results in a discount for you, but will claim it in order to keep you from obtaining a discount. It doesn't seem correct, in my opinion, to have these two seemingly contradictory rules in place, unless all you care about is $$$.

Normally I don’t have any issues at sky. However, the last several times I’ve come nothing is stocked and they conveniently only have more expensive options available. I came in tonight and was told they’d have the product I wanted in stock within the hour. I left my phone number for sky to give me a call when it was stocked. Two and a half hours later (when I was originally told it would only be an hour) I call again and I’m told they won’t have it in stock tonight and gave me no other explanation besides the “manager doesn’t want to lose his job”. I understand having to do inventory, but I had to talk to several different employees before almost three hours later I was told “better luck next time”, when I was there specifically for a deal. I could’ve gone somewhere else but at this point it’s too late and Sky couldn’t even call me back to give me an update.

1/26/2020: lose 1 star. I called in twice today about specials, etc. Arrive, it is then that I'm informed I cannot go Inside and see the product before I buy, because they had major renovations in progress. Cost me time, as i was planning this visit around laundry, i could have just gone elsewhere. Cost you money, and now I am less likely to want to come by, as you cannot seem to advise your customers to major changes in their shopping experience, especially when they call ahead. Maybe should have planned this at night, outside of business hours? So much for my second visit. Lose another star: every place I go to has review rewards.First visit: Friendly staff, excellent deals! Decent product, edibles line could expand a bit.

3rd time patient special was a joke. My experience today left me still in pain and now frustrated. Went in with $30 for sublime rso ... it was out of stock but on leafly menuShe said they have the KIND RSO syringe for 40 So i had to leave and get 8 cashback to come back for her to tell me “we actually dont have that. We only have the $60 syringe” Horrible experience and i plan on sharing this everywhere.

I was in sky a couple of weeks ago, the flower was good, what I don’t like is the tin cans, I want to see what my buds look like, when I opened the can it was like popcorn buds, I would not have chosen that.I want to look and be able to choose what buds I wantFor this reason I am giving a 2 star.

I stopped in on lunch and purchased 3.5 grams. On my way home I stopped at another dispensary to utilize their Wednesday deals. To my surprise my allotment was maxed out. Turns out that an employee named Amber pushed a button which maxed my allotment out and stopped me from getting the deal that I wanted. This is very disappointing to pay for a medical card and someone makes a mistake so now it cost more money and time.
