Spent 3 hours here for a job interview. The parking was a mess and confusing. Interview went okay but as time went on, I realized that this was not the best fit for me at all.Apparently the home office is either on site or close by b/c one of the accountants was sitting at the bar during my observation and talked really bad things about the organization of the company. I, of course, take this with a grain of sand b/c people get nervous when they see others applying or interested. I was still optimistic but now on alert.The team and the food quality here seemed to be of the highest quality; but as I was leaving I was pulled aside by a Guest who asked if his burrito had Guacamole as he was allergic to Avocado and asked for no Guacamole. He showed me the burrito and clearly there was avocado. I let him know that I was not an employee there but I felt it important to share with someone before I left. I let the MOD know (someone I was shadowing) that I was stopped on the way out and there was an allergy issue. He did not seem concerned and never went to the table. I just left. I dont know if this was a weird part of the interview process; but the reaction and handling made me feel uneasy.I did not get the job. Who knows why but things work out for the best and I dodged a bullet. Back to the food: if they arent concerned about allergies and Guest issues... would I want to eat here or come back?
