Feedback:

I wouldn't go here if your going to use care credit. After they already collected money from my Insurance PPO for a crown, They wouldn't take care credit unless i spent a 1000.00 there. They have NO signs saying to use care credit that you need to spend a 1000.00. They only have signs there saying how they except care credit.These people lie, they file claims with your insurance for work they have not done, and they tell you they except payment like care credit then they tell you they have a limit to except it when there are NO signs stating that anywhere in their office. I filed a complaint with the Dentist board, we have done a grievance with our insurance, and today we are filing a police report for insurance fraud. They submitted a claim to insurance stating work was completed when it was not completed and insurance paid them. This dentist is extremely dishonest in their practices. Our insurance has also informed us that they are very upset and are doing a complete investigation on this matter.
