I’ve been here more than a few times. Never impressed, and the level of customer service I received last time had me give up on this place completely. I came in to get a battery for my vape. I purchased the brass knuckles wooden adjustable charger. Got home to find out it did not work, charged it for about 2 hours and it still did not work. I live in Corona so this is about a 40 miles away. I came in about 2 weeks later to replace this battery only to find out they were out of them completely and would not refund my money. They promised they would call me back once they had more in to exchange since it is the only thing they were willing to do for me. The manager told me they were expecting a shipment within that week, took down my name and number and promised I would be contacted as soon as they were in. It has been almost 3 weeks and I know nobody if going to call me. I wish this place would have just taken care of me from the beginning.
