November 29th 2:00 pm ,This is the only rec store I have even bothered to try, I have been in there 3 times, once for my youngest's 21st in the middle of July, once this black Friday, and just now today, I'm aware that my ID expired on my birthday Jul 2nd this year, so it's been out of date, all of the times I have ever been in there, yet because it still shows that I'm of age, and by looking at me that should be obvious. And not to mention I've known Ray as a good friend and freind if my family since 2013, around the time I was actually a member for his dispensarie on mile hill Rd, but I was recently helped, and told to come back, so I walked all the way there on my day off, I was treated very rudely by the staff, and when I asked to please speak with Ray, I was openly mocked Infront of customers. In any customer service position i have ever worked, I would have been fired on the spot, just for the rude behavior, if not in top of refusing to connect an unsatisfied customer with the business manager per customer request. But that's just fine, if your staff Is going to be rude about numbers on plastic, then I'll take the paper I keep next to it somewhere else from here on out, I still know everyone I use to work with, and I'm sure they'll actually appreciate it.
