Rude! I was sent a letter to call regarding an appeal. No names of contact was in this letter, no doctor’s name, nor any dates of service...just a request to call about needing updated insurance information. When I did call, the receptionist, Sadie, was very rude. I explained the letter I received and when I couldn’t give her a name of a doctor she mouths off “MA’AM! We have over 20 doctors here!!!” Excuse me?? They sent the letter. I guess they don’t want the money that badly.
