I accompanied my mother for her first visit and I was extremely impressed with both the professionalism of the staff as well as the modern, clean facility. Cynthia was our wellness coordinator and was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my elderly mothers questions. She took her time explaining the different products as well as documenting my mothers plan so that she could easily understand it. It was a painless experience and I highly recommend this location. Thank you Cynthia!

I called my first order in on Monday. Kennedy made that experience awesome. She was knowledgeable and personable. Thomas called the next day. Thomas was extremely polite and personable. He provided an ETA and called again about 30 minutes prior to arrival. When Thomas and Grace (driver) arrived, I knew right away that this would be a great experience. Thomas made sure that all my questions were answered before leaving. It was obvious that Thomas and Grace enjoy what they do. Thank you Kennedy, Thomas, and Grace for an excellent first experience. Imagine all this, a $50 credit towards my first order, and no delivery charge for prompt service.

1. So clean...you can smell how clean it is!2. The staff...amazing! They're watching my son grow up and always care so much for him when he is with me or not with me on my trips. 3. The process is awesome. Super efficient and confidential. No judgement ever!4. The prices are perfect. And they offer a veteran discount, which is awesome. I haven't been to any other dispensary since this one. Go in. Now. :)

The warm and welcoming staff will greet you pleasantly & with a bottle of water too (nice touch).They will quickly verify your recommendation is up to date, review your order, answer any questions you may have, and when appropriate offer advice. I love the Surterra Wellness Products, but have a soft spot in my heart for their proprietary Florida's Finest collection. Please find a way into Seminole County soon!

Bobby was a great help. He offers a wealth of information answering questions and making sure the patient understands what she is buying and knows how to use the medicine before leaving. It was a very pleasant experience! Unlike some other dispensaries I was able to discuss my needs out of earshot of other patients. Patient confidentiality is crucial and this was taken seriously by Bobby.
