Oh how I hope and pray this message is received. Our first visit was AWESOME and due to the people working there. Especially VENITA!! And every visit after that she was available to assist my wife Cathy (Catherine). VENITA definitely knew what she was doing. My wife and I felt so good each Saturday we went to the Surterra downtown. Then we found out an office was opened in Orange Park FL . Our home and much more convenient. However, we are not looking as forward because VENITA doesn't work at the Orange Park office. As a gift to a very happy customer, would you PLEASE consider moving her to the Orange Park office. My wife has suffered with Lyme disease for going on 15 years now. And to find someone who takes the care and patience with my wife the way VENITA it would be such a gift. When you hired this woman, you have no idea what a wonderful person she is. She is a major asset to Surterra and us. Thank you. Andy and Cathy Anderson.

Excellent Customer Service was offered by associate Venita. My husband enjoyed the amount of time that Venita spent with him. She spent quite a lot of time making sure he understood how your products worked & explained what he should look for in results. Friendly & knowledgeable. GREAT service.

Charles, Bruno and Venita are all well qualified to explain their product lines. So helpful! Charles explained the differences between and similarities to other companies products. I am eagerly awaiting the Dosist line's arrival.

This stuff can be very confusing. When I went to the store for the first time, the woman I spoke with, Jessica, was very helpful and patient with me as she tried to explain what I needed. Will be going back soon to try other products and will definitely look for Jessica!
