I just had a very pleasant classy delivery from Jordan and Dale. They were very informative and not afraid of dogs. I am so pleased how easy and convenient it was to get this to my home. However, had they been given the correct phone number it would have been a completely perfect experience and I would have been more prepared for when they would have arrived. We are all still getting the kinks out . My experience on Alton was of the same caliber. Over all excellent.

Really happy that I chose Surterra Wellness. Recently approved and was recommended Surterra through Miracle Leaf whom I also highly recommend. They called to confirm my order which I ended up changing after some consultation. Not a problem and they were very professional through and through. I also have to mention how fast my order was processed. The gentlemen that delivered my medicine, Michael & Angelo were terrific. They took the time to explain usage, dosage, tips. I didn't even expect that but I am really thankful for that. Took a while to finally leave my review after having used the products and my conclusion, yes, I am very pleased. High quality and does what it says, gives me much needed relief. Highly recommend Surterra Wellness. They clearly go out of their way to provide a top notch service to their patients. Thank you!!!

The Surterra rep, Ro, was very personable. He was patient with our questions and showed us how to use the product. He also explained each product and recommended use. A very pleasant experience that makes us glad we choose Surterra. I have to add that every person at Surterra we spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

My first experience here was really great! The customer service was fantastic. Olondo helped me out with figuring out how it all works, and he was very knowledgeable. The center is clean, very professional, and helpful with all of my questions. They offer free delivery as well.

The staff was super nice and helpful and the place is clean and professional. The prices are reasonable and the products are good. Would like to know more about the parts of the plant that is used in the products, as well as if one strain is in one batch or are they all mixed together.

I am a first time user of medical marijuana and have been hesitant to use it for over a year now despite my doctor recommendations. There is a stigma associated with this product that I also shared. I was nervous about what the process would entail but Surterra was helpful every step of the way. The items I ordered were delivered much more quickly than I anticipated and the men who delivered it, Matt A. and Mike D. were friendly and went out of their way to answer my questions. I was surprised that they were more informed than my doctors about their products and they went over everything with me in great detail. Even though I have yet to try the products I feel much more confident in the different product applications as they apply to my personal medical conditions.
