I just visited Surterra for the first time today. This is my first experience and purchase ever and they were all super helpful and walked me through the process. Andrea was awesome! She helped explain to my husband and I the differences in your products and suggested what would be best for me. I felt she answered all our questions and I left feeling very informed. Very good dispensary. Nice staff, informative, clean and a nice size store. Convenient location and easily seen from the busy road. Located close to most everything. Good parking and very nice clerk cashing out.

The first time I filled my prescription I went physically to the clinic. Staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The second time I had it delivered. Again, very nice and very professional. I am more than pleased at the whole transaction(s). Thank you Surterra!

I just started with Surterra and have been to the store in North Port and had a home delivery. When I walked in I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The registration process was easy and fast and shopping was on an individual bases with a staff member. The products were displayed and thoroughly explained. There is a big learning curve when you don't have any experience with this medicine. They make it easy to follow the guidelines set up by your doctor and explained other options. I had a home delivery also. It does cost $10 but it would cost more than that in gas for me. They called the morning of delivery and gave a 3hr window of delivery time and they arrived in the window. My doctor recommended Surterra and so do I.

I was more than pleased with my experience at Surterra in N. Port. Everyone was nice and I was greeted with a smile. James was especially great with information and understanding and Richard (he checked me out) was very nice. I could say more but I will end this by saying that I wish they were closer to where I live now so I could shop or just stop by to say Hi..

I have been to the Northport location multiple times. With each visit, I am warmly welcomed by any & every employee who sees me. All are HIGHLY knowledgeable, very understanding, and so compassionate! Grateful for the Friday support group meeting and the wonderful people who put it on for us(patients). The medicine has been helping tremendously and the formulations have made all the difference in the world for me. But, I must honestly say, it's not only the medicine, it's the people there who take care of us(the patients) that keeps me coming back specifically to you. My name recall is rather poor, which is why I haven't been specific. Please know that I am ever so grateful for all of you. Angels that you AreMy Doctor was right, Surterra is the best! Thanks to All

I have tried all the companies that are available today. Suterra is one of my favorites. Normally have had great experiences. However, they are the only dispensary not offering a Thanksgiving/Black Friday discount or specials. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will be giving some of the other stores my business. Can
