First timer in this facility. Was assisted by Josh who was very nice and helpful in my selections. All the staff were friendly and had a clean and relaxed atmosphere. Would like to see a bit more detailed information on product labeling but other then that I was completely happy with my experience and will return in the future.

I am new to the area and a new patient. Stacey made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Medical Cannabis is still new to me and a little intimidating but I felt extremely knowledgeable and confident in the products I chose- she did such a good job explaining everything to me. The environment is extremely home like...they even offer you water and there is enough room for your strollers! Their products are all amazing BUT customer service is SO important...I would choose Surterra over any other local dispensary for the experience alone. Nothing beats a wellness coordinator who is knowledgeable and confident in their products. Thank you Surterra and Stacey!

Great products and great staff at the Palm Bay Surterra. It was a pleasure working and chatting with Mark. He is so friendly and answered all of my questions. I was able to get the medicine that I needed. I would highly recommend Surterra for Florida MMJ patients.

I like Surterra's products better than others I have tried. I'm glad they have a store in town now. However, the person who helped me was new, still in training, and had a hard time answering my questions. Hopefully, they will get more brochures that explain their products better and staff will be more knowledgeable soon.
