Everyone there is helpful and very nice! When you walk in you are greeted by all. If they can help you right away they will or if very busy you can sit comfortably in the seating area. But when I'm opening comes you have that representative has full attention on you. They can answer any questions you have. If they are not sure they will find out for you! Great place for your medicinal needs! You won't regret going. Oh and pricing is very fair!! Enjoy!

Just received my first delivery from Surterra Wellness. What a pleasant experience it was. For starters, FREE Delivery?! Sign me up! This helps out so much for someone like me who lives in the middle of the panhandle, halfway between the Pensacola and Tallahassee store, both about one hour and forty-five minutes on either side of me. I was sent a text the morning of my delivery with a window of time they would be arriving. I received a second text when they were about 15 minutes away. They quoted me 11a-12p and arrived at 11:10! Very nice! My delivery person was Melissa Tucker and she was extremely helpful. She went over my medicine with me and informed me on the best time to use which ones, and the desired outcome of each based on my needs. I will definitely be using Surterra and their delivery service often, and I recommend anyone with their med card to check them out!

The dispensary/office/store - whatever you want to call it, is superb. A very professional environment with very good staff.The home delivery is excellent. Order over the phone and receive a delivery time. The morning of the delivery you get a call to confirm the time slot, and a further call when the delivery is 5 minutes out.Melissa Tucker has been my coordinator the last couple of times and she is very good to deal with.
