Because Michael, at the Port Orange location is SO kind, informative and helpful, I could not pass up this opportunity to say thanks to him. My husband and I both are sure surprised at the refreshingly friendly service. At 60ish, we feel like two kids who just got their driver's license! Freeeeee!Speaking of driving, hubby would be an excellent employee as a delivery driver in your organization. CLEAN DRIVING RECORD! He will be seeking to become a team employee, (we like Surterra very much!) and are already hoping for the best outcome possible there.We hope to be able to invest in the privately held stock too, hence the employment avenue! We have now been to all the dispensaries in this area and Surterra is the best by far compared to all of them. The customer experience was the best, even better then many conventional doctors offices and definitely better then all the other dispensaries. They will sit with you and answer any questions and compassionately come up with a care plan for you. Diana is an employee there and she is the finest person you would hope to meet. She is a true caregiver and she has helped so much! The environment is very warm and welcoming here. Great clean design.

The staff at this location are very knowledgeable and friendly. Any question I've had, they've been able to answer or find the answer. All of the Care Specialists/Reps I have spoke with so far have been very professional and patient. On my last visit, Cece assisted me and was quick, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. I will and have been telling anyone that utilizes this type of medicine to visit this store. This is by far my preferred store over all.
