EXCEPTIONAL PERSONIZED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE! thank you especially to Victoria for being so attentive and beyond helpful. They are also PET FRIENDLY (see pic)! Their Sativa Pre-Rolls are just what the dr ordered, IM TOTAL FAN! I will from now on make the over hour drive w/traffic to this location over the(SOBE) Miami Beach location only 20min from my home...they have no where near the service of Dadeland Surterra. Mike at the SOBE location acted as if I was bothering him, and I was the only patient in that store! No one at the SOBE location seemed happy to be working except the woman at the register...Mike never came back to see if I had further questions just passed me on to have the girl ring up the CBD oil. Lesson learned DADELAND Surterra location, THE BEST...thanks Victoria and all the staff I felt SO welcomed....cant wait to come back!

Terrible service. I attempted to return a cart of their Florida's Finest. The cart would not pull correctly and you could not get a full cloud also it tasted burned and I got a headache. I drove to the store to return it and I realized their oil was in different cartridges (more like Ccell) which tells me there was something wrong with the other cartridges. They did not want to return the bad cartridge or own up to it, the fact is they are not pleasant people over there. I never felt comfortable at this location and the Jimmy Buffet stuff always leaked and not worth it. There are a ton of other better places. Best of Luck. PS I always see the Surterra workers at Trulieve, a real store.
