I have visited and received product from many other locations that seemed shady. I was welcomed here with smiles from every one. My cannabis guide Derek M was very thorough and based off the information I gave him he directed me to a variety of products. EVERY Single product I walked away with has helped me in many ways. The education here was galaxies apart form what I have received in the past. If you get the opportunity, definitely bend Derek's ear with any questions you may have. It seems that entire team is dedicated to customer happiness and retention. I implore anyone looking for a clean, structured atmosphere to go to South Tampa. Derek and all of their team there is exactly what I needed and my cannabis journey has improved 10 fold. Thank you to Surterra, Derek and that entire team!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Ask for Jenny or Derek...they were awesome and very helpful. I definitely recommend Surterra of South Tampa. Very convenient location, as well as ample parking.
