I absolutely love Surterra!! They are light years beyond any and all dispensaries and/or all medicinal cannabis entities. The staff is knowledge, understanding, considerate, and accommodating. Fortunately, I've had the pleasure of interacting with the entire staff on different occasions. Each staff member, Jen, Ali, Kim, Kris, Tony, Jewel, Dre, Joe, and Sarah, bring their own style when consulting with a patient. In my opinion, the staff, as a whole, is some of the most articulate, knowledgeable, and invested people in the Medicinal Cannabis industry. I am looking forward to working with them in the future, when it comes to my journey with cannabis.

I was extremely impressed with Surterra. I have visited other dispensaries in the area and this one is so nice!The main reason I am writing a review is the awesome customer service I received from Jenn. She was knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and understanding. I felt very comfortable asking questions and knowing that she knew the product through and through. As far as the product it is wonderful. I love the added natural plant essence. Very cool and sets Surterra apart. The cartridges for vaping have given me a bit of trouble with the medicine being too "thick" but again, Jenn was able to help me figure out how to get the cartridge flowing again. Thanks!
