I recently visited SWC Tempe for the first time. Actually, it was my first time at any SWC Dispensary. Out of the few dispensaries that I've visited in the valley, SWC was the worst flower I've purchased. I purchased 3-4 different strains and they were all duds. What a waste of $200. Its disappointing because I was hoping to find another dispensary to frequent, unfortunately SWC wont be it.

Best place in Tempe for top quality. They have their own grow which is good but there could be other places that can argue theirs is better or prices slightly less when not on special, however the top quality has multiple grower names you will see in the cannabis cups etc and is phenomenal quality. Tenders have been cool with me as well but as long as I dont have to put one in their place is the best place for me to go to.

Let me just say i never leave unhappy, i really like how no matter what day i go in I'm always greeted with smiles & it never fails Brittany (sorry if spelled different) always makes sure we get what we want EVERY SINGLE TIME! She's very real,upfront & sure knows how to deal with picky customers like myself. Love her! I would have to say she is the top example of great customer service. Thanks again hunn!

Recieved broken muv pods went in twice to get swapped both times I received broken products went in a third time to get it swapped and was told it was to late, recommend you open your product immediately after getting home making sure it works, it was only for the MUV pods but still not really fair, was told to email muv directly myself, now I have to wait for my medication

Today’s pilgrimage was to visit SWC and it did not disappoint. I really think this is the most aesthetically pleasing that I have been to yet. A nice layout both in the waiting “room” and especially inside! Very open and well lit with art on the walls. The selection was excellent and my budtender Jake was very accomplished in his knowledge and his help in suggesting what may help best! My only critique would be for additional seating in the waiting “room” as there are just benches and the amount of folks waiting today had half of us standing.

I had to wait for 20 minutes until they saw me when there was only two other patients inside the dispensary while I watched three of their employees on the showroom floor do nothing but stand around with each other and talk. All the employees just seem fake as can be Everything that they say seems so on sincere. The awful way the terrible experience combined with the stereo typical stoner music and the god awful layout of this dispensary which requires you to go through three doors that are constantly locked to get in and out of will be why I never go back

Update:Be careful if you use your debit card here. They started processing cards differently and don’t really explain it. But the way they do it is considered apparently to be an ATM and I only found out because of extra fees from my bank. Completely baffled that my bank was telling me a walking talking human was an ATM. concentrate selection still not that greatthe lobby is pretty but that's their best feature. concentrates are whack here so don't waste your money on those.

Terrible service. Moments ago I waited with the 3:30 Friday crowd as two patients walked in and were rushed right past everyone who had been waiting for 20+ minutes.One woman told the receptionist that she left a child in the car and needed to rush. Another was the friend of a bud tender who mockingly said “hey no cutting” as he walked his buddy past the waiting patients and into the patient area. The actual service once in the patient area is hit or miss at best. In my experience, this is an establishment staffed largely by unprofessional adults who act like teenagers hanging out. I used to go to this dispensary once a week at least. Today I asked for my card back, left, drove to a different dispensary and will never go back to SWC. I wouldn’t accept this service from a gas station, let alone a health care provider.

This dispensary is closest to my house and has some great flower n products. However, the wait time is unbelievable. I find myself just opening the door and leaving or attempting to wait and after 20 minutes with 3 people ahead of me n walk out. I don't know if I'm the only person who feels this way, but I wish it was quicker because it's a nice shop.

I visited SWC on July 8th just to pick up my b day special and a review pre roll. The bud tender, Kirk, treated me as if I was there spending big money not like someone picking up free stuff. He was patient, personable and really took the time to share knowledge and answer my questions to the point that I ended up with an 8th of top shelf Ice Cream Cake, my favorite, that they had on sale for only $15 but didnt have but 10 on me since I hadn't planned on making a purchase. then to my surprise Kirk said we got this and the review took $5 off instead of a pre roll and then %10 off since I receive food stamps and he took change out of his own pocket to make it happen. Kirk, thanks, you guys really gave me the best b day dispensary visit!
