Used to be a loyal customer here and I would spend hundreds at a time, nope. Not any more, they turned me down just because of the hole in my ID, but still valid, nothing was out of date. Then all of the staff argued with each other, including management, right in front of me... sorry, I'm not coming back. Very unprofessional, know your rules and dont piss off your customers.

Great quality products , and at competitive prices. They have new deals on different products all the time so your always encouraged to try different products. Staff is nice and very knowledgeable . they can answer any questions u have. Definately will be back and recommend to anyone !

Every time I've come in they always have good deals. The employees have good customer service skills and know exactly what they're doing, and most of the time they are fairly knowledgeable about the products they are selling, which makes it fun for me when they are able to answer a question I already know the answer to, and they answer it completely.

Friendly and helpful staff. Selection is not as vast as some shops closer to the city, but not bad. Prices varied, had some surprisingly good deals. Would totally stop here again.

While I was happy with my purchases I will never be returning. I spent over $200 for my birthday. I bought a wax pen for $65 only to have it break two days later. No replacement, refund, or store credit. I will never be returning due to this. $65 for less than two hits and a broken device? What a joke. My suggestion is to not buy and hardware from them. I guarantee you can get ANYTHING they sell for less online, or at another store.
