I usually enjoy the staff and product at Nectar but today I put in the online order on dutchie for 10 grams of 21% Bubba Kush bud. What should have been a $48 total itnrang up as $23. When I questioned the difference for what the site said I would pay for my 10 grams at $4 each they explained the dutchie site doesn't process their deals. Well I handed the cash over and they gave me my bag. i looked at it and it was pre rolls....I stated that was not what I ordered on Dutchie but all sales are final....thanks for making the error and holding me to it Nectar...

Normally really nice people. Went in to check out pre-rolls and other tooical products yesterday. The younger gentleman with long brown hair was VERY PUSHY, RUDE with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all!!!!!! When we asked a questions about a product he had a very bad attitude!!!!! Nectar you need to have your employees take customer service classes!!!!!

Used to be my go to, I have chronic stomach problems went here daily posting a final review and never returning due to the grey hair lady that seems to know nothing about the nectar flower and talks down about the cheaper product The incident, I'm a daily purchaser, the rest of the staff know me by name today I was having severe stomach problems the deals changed I didn't have enough for a purchase. Stoner to stoner I asked a very kind man if he could give me a tiny bud that I was having problems he said absolutely no problem. The manager then accused me off harassment and threatened to have me banned. The man was in no way bothered and said pay it forward to which I responded I have in the past and will in the future. The interaction with the kind elderly couple was great and I'll definitely take care of them if we cross paths. As for management, it could have been handled politely it could have been inquisitive instead of accusatory but wasn't and for that they lost a daily customer.

Nectar carries good quality product, never had anything bad from them. This time I went to the Springfield store. And while quality just like the Eugene Nectar was still amazing, the budtender was completely useless. I'm used to other budtenders at their river road store being knowledgable and helping me. At this store all my questions were to just look at the menu and I had to ask twice to get information on their chocolates. Johnny the budtender would only answer what their 50% sale had but not what was available in the store. It was becoming very frustrating to purchase from this store. I still love Nectar, but I wont be going back to the Springfield store. At this store they leave you to fend for yourself. If you're already knowledgeable that's great. But if you need someone to actually help, this isnt the store. Go to one of their other locations.
