Worst experience ever. We were standing in line outside trying to call the shop in order to get a place in line but no one answered the phone the whole time we were out there. While waiting a younger black gentleman went inside and came back out after he made his purchase, but they forgot to put one of his items in the bag, they finally took him back in and put the item in his bag but when he came out to check it they game him the same one he already had and not what he purchased, they told him there was nothing they could do, it was a young latino boy with a colored ponytail who was the one being rude to the young black guy, when I asked the black guy what happened he started to tell us but the latino guy with the ponytail told me to stay out of the conversation and mind my own businesses. First off, I was in line as a customer waiting to spend my money at your business, so yes, it is my business to know how customers are being treated by the people who want me to spend my money there. There were several people who were standing outside witnessing all this. Needless to say, we ended up leaving without even making it inside the building. After reading reviews it looks like this is becoming normal practice at this place, even though they respond to these messages and try to make people think they are concerned, obviously they are doing nothing to fix the issues with their employees. There are far too many other places to go to have to put up with this kind of behavior

Awful customer service. They gave me someone else's order and claimed they couldn't fix the situation because all sales are final and "that's why they triple check information". Pretty sure that's not true because the name and DOB I gave them are not at all what's written on the bag. Save yourself a headache and embarrassment and go somewhere else, I've had great experiences at Dank. Should've gone there!

Worst product and customer service in Denver. I understand circumstances are different with everything that is going on, but i purchased an ounce of some of the worst flower ive seen from a dispensary. No one explained the type of product i would be getting. Then when i called to talk to someone about my disappointment the gentleman who answered was rude and not understanding of my frustration. I will definitely not be returning and will also make sure to tell the people i know not to visit Denver Dispensary! Ive honestly never been so disappointed.

I had two gentleman who helped me since I am not from the state and was confused about the procedure. One of them was even nice to walk me out the location. I had my goods in my hands and took my receipt out of my bag. Immediately, this female Latina employee with a black shirt told me I needed to put the bag back and leave the property. I was not even out the premises for 30 seconds before the rudeness. And I just paid for items!!!!! What's insult to injury was that I traveled over an hour to this location because of the menu and wanted to support an independent dispensary. She was rude even inside when I was being helped. Its frustrating with the times we are in that people are not empathetic or adhere to proper guest service. I left the establishment crying and feeling embarassed after spending money at this place. She was rude and inconsiderate. Hire better staff to serve the community, especially to folks who are out of state residents or it is their first time going to your establishment.

I have only been to the Denver dispensary 2 times but both times the customer service was not good at all. The bud and selection is good most of the time and they do have decent deals. They need to hire a few more people with better attitudes. You can find a good deal ANYWHERE in Denver but it’s hard to find nice people who are always trying to help. Denver dispensary defiantly lacks that and makes you leave feeling not welcomed back.
