I don't typically deviate from my personal dispensaries as good ones are hard to find. I drove by on the way to my friend's and decided to call to reserve some products that I could come collect later since it was super busy. I didn't even think call would get through. Even during their rush of customers, Chris patiently answered every question. Running around the store and consulting with fellow employees. Got my products and have found a good dispensary :)

The moment that I pulled in the parking lot, this was the place to connect with. Windows down, cool breeze flowing, with the natural aroma of aspen and cannabis, there can be no other place!!I walked through the doors with a smile that could get no larger... so i thought... introductions with the staff and then the line of products; morphed my smile into a grin the sise of the Jokers!!Heading east? Dont wait for Denver! Heading west? Def dont wait for Vegas; for Sweat Leaf Pioneer is a missed opportunity!I was so happy to have purchased a couple cartridges as well as scored some beautiful flowers of Colorado know as "Bazookies" Thanks A Lot Sweat Leaf; I'll be passing through again!!Dabsalot Fourtwenty

I was traveling from 2 hours away and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience!On top of that, the store is very nice with a wide selection of quality products. You can even see their grow through a large window behind the counter.

Sweet Leaf is a 1st class dispensary! I started coming here about 8-9 years ago. 31/2 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer. They have done so much to help me with my cancer protocol. They also have a medical research specialist (Tanya) who is so knowledgeable in medical marijuana. Amazing staff, quality products, and owners who actually care about this community! You won't get that from franchised dispensaries. Thank you Dave and Dienaka ! You are God sent!

I’m a local. Treat me well and you have a customer for life. I was sold a defective product. It was replaced by two more defective products. On my fourth visit to return the defective product, management didn’t want to listen to me any more. I was firm but not rude. They would not replace the defective product with a different item. They just stopped listening. Bad business. Instead of contacting the store manager, they just told me to leave. I was treated well there once before, by an owner, but the two female assistant managers treated me like trash, when my situation required listening and patience. These assistants did not want to hear what I had to say.

This is a new edit a little under a week from the last visit, i was just in at 620 and I felt like the lady there was a little unprofessional about our situation, calling the other medical dispensary I was signed up at "retarded" because she didnt understand what they were trying to say when I kept repeating they said I should be good after 30 days from when I signed up if I wanted to sign with them. She took 2 other customers before me when the call wasnt even 60 seconds of can he sign over or not. And than proceeding going on how she knew more than what I was saying and that I was basically wrong and my dispensary was retarded. I dont mind being wrong, but theres a certain way to acknowledge someone about it instead of being snobby. So she basically wasted my time when we couldve got it over and done within a matter of 5 min from walking in. Whoever this lady is needs to learn how to approach other people like the AWESOME david at the store. ......Probably THEE best dispensary I've been too in CO! David there was a great help! He helped me look through many great selections of concentrates until we found the right 2. I've never felt so welcome at a dispensary and I live in colorado springs where I go to very many different ones! He most definitely went above and beyond, I almost felt like we knew each other forever! Other than david being so awesome, they've got a great selection of concentrates here a little over priced but fire, so make sure to spoil yourself and the flower is also alright quality as well, a little on the higher pricing side for the ounces and half ounces but being the only dispensary near makes it understandable !

I had the opportunity to talk with not just the staff but one of the owners. They were not only knowledgable but very passionate about what they do. They were full of information and able to deliver suggestions. None of them claimed to be the know it all of any one topic...any questions that was asked they all shared a response. I traveled a little further from Vail than I expected based on some local recommendations and it was well worth the extra 20 min or so. If you are looking for that personal in depth experience, why go anywhere else. Just go to the best and enjoy!! You will not be disappointed.

Excellent. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Purchased a couple of vaporizers and product. I was helped by a budtender who was very helpful. She knew what she was talking about. But most importantly, she was just good people. I was at ease and felt welcomed. I am more than satisfied with everything I purchased. Thank you Sweet Leaf.

I used to live in Eagle and visited this place once a week. When friends asked where to go, I'd urge them and you to drive past Native Roots in Eagle Vail, plus the crap in Avon/Edwards and come here. They have insane weekly sales for an 8th that no other dispensary in CO has that I've seen and I've been to plenty. -1 star for sh!% hours. Besides that, customer service is great price is amazing and quality is legit. Come here but call ahead if to see if they're open**.
