I’m a medical patient on a road trip trying to get some medicine for my chronic back pain I came with my boyfriend, sister and her boyfriend we was doing 2 different transactions one of the ladies said I can purchase with my boyfriend but the other lady told my sister she had to leave if she wasn’t making a purchase separate from her boyfriend. We presented a medical prescription and the lady said we can’t take that we need your medical id we said okay continue with the purchase and when We asked for a receipt for my purchase she got mad and told us we had to wait outside for our receipt even though she took my money I just wanted my proof of purchase and she than begin to argue with me and after I left the store continued to talk about me and my medical prescription the worse costumer service ever I should of been asked if I wanted my receipt I shouldn’t have to had to ask for my receipt. Will never shop at that dispensary

Went during this covid to get my friend some medicine, did curbside service. The blonde kid was very nice (and religious), but now I know why. Took my friend her medicine and the container had been opened. He took a gram from a quarter. It was A container that wasn’t sealed on the outside the lid wasn’t taped down like the other ones it was sealed on the inside after you open the lid so you couldn’t tell if it had been opened till after I took it home or if I opened it before I left. (Harmony farms blackberry kush), And if he’s doing it to me he’s going to take any chance he can get to do it anybody else, so check your merchandise.Happened on 4/16/20 @7:49pm.I called next day and left a msg for owner to call me (I figured she’d wanna know who were ripping off her clients). No call back. Then called the one in Port Angeles and talked to a nice lady there and told her the situation and that the owner wasnt returning my call I did this on 4/22 @ 3:55pm.Still no return call and She even emailed her.!Lesson learned:Don’t go to Sweet relief..If you do, don’t let blonde kid who speaks about god help you..

Did not get 4 out of the 5 pre-rolls I ordered. Was not told things weren't in stock and that other flavors and brands would be substituted. Poor communication with the employee's. I was told to leave the store and go outside and re-order my order they didn't receive. I was given someone else's order and they had to come back and give me my order. Which I didn't notice until I drove up my drive way on the opposite side of town. I called and told them about my order being wrong and was told about the substations and that if I wanted something else I had to come back TODAY. They actually told me to on Google reviews! They don't take their job seriously or their customers. I spent money and didn't get what I ordered, not cool. They gave me a blunt I HATE BLUNTS!!!! Wasted money on things I can't even smoke.

Ordered online yesterday around noon. Received a text shortly after pickup that they are giving 25% off discount for online orders today (3/19)... they lady was rude during pickup and when I called this morning inquiring about a discount... I did spend close to $250. She was again rude and said she would not honor it, and hung up on me. Super unprofessional and I will spend my money elsewhere.

They rush you out the door, the owner she is rude liz. Me and my friends are boycotting this place. She won't even allow me to make a educational questions said she's really busy and that I usual come in the mornings when they first open and their not as busy and to hurry up. She's totally sarcastic! I used to drop over 400 month here and no more.HappyTime has my back and I can take as long as I want and ask all my questions I want with out attitudes and being chased out the door! Thank you Liz😘

420th Google review, ayyyyyyAnyway, this place is pretty cozy and the prices are usually some of the best in town. Staff is generally pretty nice and quick although there was one employee one time who said I made him nervous. I have anxiety, especially in social settings and it makes me a little jittery and clammy so them pointing that out didn't make me feel too good about being there.Overall a decent little shop with equally decent prices.

In seeking out some relief from my chronic pain, I found Sweet Relief Cannabis Express. An outstanding employee- Caleb Norman - was incredibly empathetic, attentive, and knowledgeable. Caleb helped me to find a product to relieve my pain and help me to sleep Thank you! I'd recommend this shop to anyone!

I purchased an 8th of soul lsd got home roasted a bowl heard a pop wth found 11 seeds in that 8th all premature and dried out wouldn’t normally bi##% but went in and they told be that they have had seeds in that grower before but when I purchased they recommended this poor quality product and said all sales final wth at least hook me up with decent discount or something don’t tell me that it wasn’t your fault but the grower u sell their product anyway I will be looking for another distributor so I don’t run into problems sorry Liz 1st time was shame on me this time shame on you wont be a third time

The reps are friendly and knowledgeable. My one grip is I bought a fancy looking pack of pre rolls from prohibition and every single one of the joints you could see was not pure ground flower. It had stems and leafs like no other. It's awful how they can continue to sell such low quality pre roll. For that reason 1 star. Wouldn't buy any more prerolls unless you could see they didn't add stems or leafs to it.
