I went here as a new patient on Black Friday which happened to be the day after my birthday. They offer a discount for being a new patient, and a pre-roll for a birthday promotion. I got there around 11am/12pm and they said they were all out of pre-rolls since they had some “6 months as a patient” promotion text go out and those folks got all of the pre-rolls. They said they’d give it to me the next time I came in - okay.They didn’t have much with high THC content, but I purchased a gram (which was discounted). It practically turned to dust when I handled it, it was so dry which is pretty disappointing. Also, maybe hold a few pre-rolls back when running promotions - those are often what I buy at dispensaries. To be all out by midday because of a random “6 months” promotion? I likely won’t return.

First off, location was wonky to get to. Upon entering I liked the vibe, place seemed nice enough. The lady at front was nice. Luke who took me back was also very nice. Great guy. My issues are, I do not like the products prepackaged, and honestly it wasn't great flower. The prices were ok. $5 off first visit was a bit disappointing. Over all I won't go back nor suggest any friends visit.

Waited forever in line only to have my visa debit declined. I asked for an ATM and was directed far away. This card works at all other dispensaries in town so it was a bummer. Kinda didn’t feel like my business mattered all that hard as they weren’t tripping over themselves to find resources for me to be able to give them my money. I went for a deal and wasted gas instead. It was just a let down. Went to a more expensive dispensary and am happy to spend the extra per gram for the customer service and ease of access to payment options.

SWOP has the worst product I have encountered in Albuquerque thus far. I went in to try it out and immediately noticed most of their strains test very low ( around 15%). I did see some super lemon at 22% so I bought a gram to check it out. It is extremely dry and over cured and smells like hay. It smokes as bad as it smells. I’m glad I only purchased one gram because I think the rest is going in the trash. There is fierce competition in the area of town where swop is and I don’t know how they can stay in business with product like this. Do your self a favor and visit someplace else.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. The place simply sucks terribly. The product is weak and low test or old and been sitting around forever. The front desk lady is the worst greeter I've met in a cannabis dispensary. She will take her regular customers first and literally let them cut you in line. Went with my wife and asked to go back together and she wouldn't allow it even though we are both card holders. I mean it you will come to regret doing business with this place there is 000000 customer loyalty and no specials that even come close to compete with other dispensaries in town. Waste of time and money and I hope the reputable shops run them out of town.

Bought 4 clones because that’s what my state allows for my medication I’m only allowed four. I have been growing these four plants for about 1 1/2 months and they showed sex two of them males of the same strain Dosi Dos. I called the company and they blame me saying I stressed my plants but the others are fine and all are extremely healthy just weren’t all females. I have been growing 15+ Year’s and it sucks to here that they want to blame me why would I ruin my own medication? I would not recommend buying clones here not 100% females

To the owner: wouldn't you say Walgreens is much different than SWOP? I do and if you didn't see a difference than maybe you shouldn't be the owner of SWOP. Walgreens wouldn't ever offer free birthday drugs so your question concerning the "free birthday offer" which some dispensaries generously offer seems rude and sarcastic which adds up to the 50% of SWOP'S reviews and reputation. I have had weaker levels of thc and had a higher potency elsewhere with better prices and rewards. It's no wonder this is your only location and other dispensaries are more successful and have expanded state wide.

Some of the best and most welcoming folks in the Medical Cannabis Industry. A great blend of customer service, science, and homeopathy, the staff work hard to find the best solution for your medical needs. This was the first dispensary that truly took the time to explain that it's more than just the THC in a medication, a combination of CBD/CBG/THC-A and terpene profiles deliver the results you need in a medicine. Will be coming back again.

I went into SWOP today, for the first time as a patient, and was completely blown away by the knowledge and outstanding service. I took my cousin with me, whom also has her card, who is going through some rough cancer treatment. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, especially Alesandra. It is difficult when you are sick, trying to decide on what products to choose, especially when you are new to the whole process. Alesandra made my cousin and myself feel very welcome and did not hesitate to answer questions. Personally, I was extremely excited that SWOP offers raw cannabis infused coconut oil! This is amazing medicine, especially those with chronic illness and cancer. Thank you SWOP, you made my day :)
