It's a great place to get bud from as well the dabs and edible also Joints. But The problem the understanding with the covid-19/corona going on and no 1 can get there new ID until this stay at homes lifted and i refuse to go online to get my new ID. There is 1 guy that irritates me as much as any 1 else there every 1 else i'm fine with if your guys page was updated from the old faces to new i would be able to call you guys and tell you i;m coming in and have that person not come around me for repeating him self over and over to many times when most people need there guardian to help get there license. Please take notice that the ID is an issue and that there's not much every 1 can do cus not every 1 can get an ID that fast most can and most need help with assistance. I honestly do like the place but Don't like 1 person working there

Over priced. My husband went there to get me some CBD oil for some stomach issue. The oil was past the date suggested on the box by over a year. When I called they basically said they wouldn't do anything. Even with me having 210 points it would have only given us a dollar off. Wont be going here again. We will be sticking with 420 carpenter.

I've visited a lot of dispensaries in Olympia and I've found a cozy second home at T Brothers! Admittedly I've observed some cheaper prices at the more popular 420 Carpenter branch but for the staff and service offered to me at T's there's no comparison! Between the other places I've tried out some were okay, others pressured me to buy something a little too much for comfort, one sold me bud with a lot of seed in it, one gave me a terribly high dose recommendation for a beginner, another never even acknowledged I was in the shop, and one made me so uncomfortable I'll never go back. T Brothers stands out for having budtenders that know their stuff and are great to communicate with. The daily deals are encouraging since I'm happy to fork over a couple extra bucks to support a small business when the service is so great, and the loyalty points with purchases are a bonus. Nothing but love for this place!

They are always there to help me get the best bang for my buck. Being on a fixed income I need that. They remember me. They keep a list of what I bought which is awesome because I struggle with my memory.. I've been short coins or a few dollars a couple times and they have happily helped me out. I make sure I pay them back even when they say don't worry about it.😁 It's a comfortable and personal experience that I love. Thanks guys!

They’ve gotten much better since coming here when they first open, not that it was a bad place then. The weedtenders are always welcoming and easy going :) The greeter/security at the door welcomes you and tells you goodbye. Everyone is on it! They even know their “stuff”. Great prices, no rushing or ignoring you while you wait. The atmosphere is like a comfy lounge. Too bad you can’t chill and light up there.

Probably my favorite weed shop in the lacey area. Super chill vibe always excellent patient service. What i love most is that they actually care about what it feels like to be in the store the decor and atmosphere is great and makes you want to stay and hang out. Best selection ive seen just about anywhere definately your one stop shop.

Everybody here is wonderful. It's a nice, warm, inviting shopping experience making your marijuana purchasing both safe and comfortable. Every time I go in, I'm very happy to see everyone there, and they're always happy to see me. It's my favorite shop in the area, and I absolutely refuse to shop anywhere else. I haven't had a product from their store that I haven't loved. 10/10 would shop again.

Not happy about the "30 day guarantee" on a pen top I purchased. Within 3 days and with more than half the concentrate left it burned out. 3 weeks ago I returned it with receipt to be told I'd have to wait for the vendor to replace it, they couldn't do it in store (scratching my head). I went in Saturday and was told the vendor hadn't shown up yet. Not My Problem T Bros, yours. If I can't get a refund, replacement or even a phone call updating me on the vendor status, I can certainly review your crappy customer service here.
