Went there to pick up online order for curb side pick up and called and right away was asked to hold after 7 minutes called from my phone while on wait with my husband’s phone and goes straight to voicemail that is not set up 11 calls later 11 minutes on hold my husband finally went in to retrieve his order. Usually when we go there there are people that can’t read and just park there even know they walk in to go get there items! If you offer curb side pickup then maybe you need to get it right and have someone working on just that and someone to stop people that park there who don’t read or care.

I really enjoy this shop. I am in here multiple times a week all great experiences and then tonight i met Gabby V. It is pre roll Tuesday i made my decision in the parking lot knowing exactly what i would be paying. Gabby gave me the non discounted total and when the discounted price appeared on screen she totalled out quickly, slamming the drawer immediately turning her back on me in order in join some behind the scenes drama? Not sure, but I'm really not happy in the slightest!

Selection: Wide variety Great brands I love being shown something different and new every time I come in. They aren’t just trying to push out Phat Panda when you ask for flower.Jason R. has been extremely helpful every time we come in. Keep it up buddy.

Clear choice is awesome by its self 👌 And than when you add an amazing staff that is very Knowledgeable It makes a very speedy process I worked with Shauna today and she was absolutely amazing she answered all my questions plus more She is very passionate about what she does and makes for a great experience at clear choice Thank you so much again.

Honestly, it’s one of the best shops around. Had I not found one that has a benefit that makes me more inclined to visit. The only real downfall I see with the shop, is if you’re a veteran. This kinda goes for all the shops, minus my new one. Without a doubt, we get 10% off. If you consider Memorial Day a holiday, sure we got ya but, for a lot of us it’s a different day where a lot of us deal with things that make it less of a holiday. If you’re not a crayon eater, 10% of 100$ is 10$. The promotion is in place on a day that celebrates remembrance of those lost for the freedom we have. Why is it that the store goes 20% off for “everyone” we’re as I get 20% each purchase for just being a veteran? It would be a nice change to see the company pay attention to the system, if it has it, those who are vets and maybe toss them a bone periodically. Especially on harder days like such. That would give your store idk... 20% off the store and 25% off for vets. There’s already a taxation on a plant, why make it any harder for those who protect(ed) the taxed land it’s grown on, to obtain it like the average joe. 😂 This is a nice state but, for a state “that cares so much about vets,” it’s not paying attention to the right things. Doesn’t take much to be happy. It’s just caring in the right ways. Err rah yut sums^^t

The security guard (6'1 tall, African American, probably in his 40s) was super rude. He aggressively snatched both me and my friend's id and throw it at our faces. I don't know exactly how management works but that was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope you guys can soon address this. This happens on 02/10/2020 at 1:15pm. I hope the management works better. But overall the deals are great.

I’m new to WA got here about a year ago..and my honest opinion is their prices at Clear Choice is nothing compared to any other dispensaries I’ve been to, which is crazy cause you save so much and you get good quality/quantity!! The only thing that I don’t like about is when I ask employees for something that is $20-$15 price range and I see that there’s a couple of those on the TV menu but they only show me one item cause “this is all we have” and I’m just standing there like.....I can see the menu and why are you not showing me those kinds..idk if it’s false advertising or their employees aren’t that knowledgeable..

This morning I went in for some oil concentrate and got helped out by the most friendly bud tender I can remember from ANY store since the legalization of recreational cannabis. Her name is Kari and she was on opening shift at the Hosmer CCC on Monday Jan 13th 2020. She had a politeness and an eagerness to help that was unmistakable and it surely needed to be mentioned. I'll be seeking her out for help next time I am in that store.Kindly,Matt
