I've been going here for a couple of years now, and up until recently, its been a wonderful place. Ever since I've had to start placing my order online, I'll show up to pick up my stuff, and generally it's correct, but the past couple of times, it just didn't really seem like the budtenders care. I was charged for a half oz and got an 1/8, and the bud I've been receiving is super small and has a lot of stems in it. I feel like I'm being ripped off, but I've been recently buying just cartridges from here and my flower somewhere else. I hope they fix whatever is happening soon.

I feel so bad for whoever had to deal with the old lady that just called. I had no problems at all whatsoever. Went online looked at what they had called and placed my order, simple as that.this old lady was so upset and so lazy to even go online and pick out what she wanted. Instead she called yelled at the employee. Custed out the guy she was with; who was so embarrassed by her behavior. Overall this place is alway my go to place to buy bud the employees are extremely helpful. during this whole craziness with the virus going on. Go online and then call. Theyre not doing walk ins anymore. Better to place your order ahead of time.

Love what Telluride Bud Company has been doing during this crises. They have created a genius system to do everything possible to control the spread of viruses from their place of business. While some may find it alittle less convenient, i am so impressed with how Telluride took responsibility helping control the spread of the virus without closing completely. They are really doing their part and should be acknowledged and commended for serving the community safely. An example for other businesses for sure! Thank you Telluride Bud Company.

I put in a review yesterday about how unfriendly you were to your first customers of the day. I would like everyone to know this weed shop does not practice good sanitashiin practices because when I was touched by the angry bud tender if I get sick I know that I will consider that it might of came from your shop.I will continue to write about my experience untill I get a response.Thank you have a nice day.

We were the first customers today. The lady that helped seemed like she was on edge having a bad day but plesent. We were told that my husband was a veteran we would get 20% off, when we got our total we were told there was no discount on flower. I said ok I am confused . The other bud tenders voice became very angry and he started getting arumentive and said he heard the lady bud tender tell us there is no discount on flower today. I said I dont need your argument. He said well you can leave and I did. In all the mess the male bud tender put his hands on my hisband he assaulted him. My husband is a military veteran and this is the thanks he gets for fighting for our freedom people who have no compassion even with a service anamal I am just glad he did not have a flashback because of the way this budtender chose to handle the situation. If you are lucky we might come back. So if you want great service in any way shape or form pass this dispencery by.

All the staff are professional, and knowledgeable about their products. They are patient and polite. They never seem to get annoyed when you have to ask them questions. Not only that but they have the best quality of bud. I drive very far just to come to this one!! Lacey is one of the best, but I truly like all of their employees!!! Good job guys!! Keep up the good work!!!

Bought a bong here recently, when I got it home I realized it was actually a dab rig. I like dabs too so it’s not a big deal but I wanted something to smoke flower out of, this doesn’t work for that purpose due to the bowl being to close to your hair and eyes for you to light it. It was sold to me as a bong and came with a bowl but it just wasn’t workingI put my spare dab slide in it and it is an excellent dab rig. Now I know the difference between the two, but unfortunately it was a 70$ lesson The rating is because I feel the bud tender should have already known the difference. Good weed though

Great shop! The bud is the right price for the quality. My only complaint is that there is a long line during peak hours and I've never seen them open the third register even though they clearly have the staff for it.I've walked out a few times because of the wait, which is a shame because I love this store!

Amazing service! Heavenly prices and great product! You may see reviews down there about a few bad experiences, as for anything, you can't please em all. HOWEVER. This place is amazing. Ive been a customer for Years and never had ANY bad experiences. The employees are all friendly, helpful and patient. I LOVE my FREE product from my punch card and I have never been rushed to make my purchase. Give them a chance! They're amazing!

One of my favorite dispensaries in town. 100 dollar select sale ounces. Early bird before 11 and happy hour from 420 and 6 pm. Everyday there is a sale at tbc weather its top shelf discount, edibles, or concentrates. Grams go for 7 dollars each and 5 during happy hour! They also offer a pre order pick up thru leafly because they are so busy! Worth the wait in line.
