Disappointing. Web page doesn't match what's available in store. Staff uninformed. Couldn't tell me what they had in stock that was high/low THC count.

I visited the store for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. To start, I had gotten lost on my way there and called there for help. The receptionist was more than helpful and a pleasure to talk to. When I came through the entrance, she welcomed me with big smile. The facility was spotless and the product was wonderful. I will definitely go back. Love love love it.

First time being here and coming as a medical patient. Opened the concentrate jar to see it melted at some point and reformed. Presentation is bad and rather frustrating, looks a half melted jolly rancher while sitting upside down. The picture should explain it better.

The young woman at the front door was rude.There should be better signage as how to enter - we were scolded for not knowing.On my way out I again apologized and tried to engage in a little conversation. Total freeze out.Get a better *greeter*People inside were nice.

I wasn't impressed with the ACDC. It was mostly stems. Not shore it has something to do with the strain? Or whom ever was doing the trimming that batch? For being my first time at Temescal, I thought the one who waited on me would have talked to me about other products they have and maybe interested in?.

Nothing on display, meaning you can't see any product before you buy it. Not great. Then they wouldn't tell me anything about the strains because I was a recreational customer; interesting that Leafly has more info about some of their strains than they do... if you are getting something there don't be afraid to look it up (if the dispensary clams up). Other dispensaries at least gave basic info like 'relaxing', or 'good for appetite'. Likely won't return.Update: I went back, they had much friendlier people who answered all the questions I had. Much better experience (and great product), updating to 3 stars for now, will update again if I have another good experience.
