We visited the area for about three weeks and time and time again found ourselves coming back to this incredibly lovely spot. I’d give it 6/5 stars if I could. From the tender service To their buds to the hospitality of their customers, we found that the conversation was easy and the Budtenders were quite knowledgeable. I have to shoutout the homie Brandon. He was essential and made the experience a breeze. Absolutely groovy spot to check out!

I cannot express how grateful I am for the staff at Tenderfoot. They have ALWAYS been so kind and informative with me. Even before they had their recreational license (and I did not have a medicinal card) they would take the time to educate me and I couldn't purchase from them yet! I will go no where else in Salida for the product!!

Awesome place - two specific things happened that had never happened to me before:1. I was offered some banana bread in the lobby. It was delicious banana bread.2. I was a couple bucks short, and they said "don't worry about it" and rang me up for what I had.This place is great for folks who like good humans and good banana bread.

Far and above the best dispensary I have ever been to! Explained the pain and I was having, she patiently listened to me and made some amazing recommendations! She even gave me a sample of one of their own strains, blackberry banana kush....... wow!!! Best tasting, best looking, and one of the best strains for pain I have ever had!!! Just as she recommended..... it’s sad that so many dispensaries fail in this area. Being in tune with your product and offering the correct one to customers. Dispensaries that are in time with this are a dying breed in this industry! Thank you Kat this will be the only dispensary in town I go to from now on!!

Had an interminable wait. Staff seemed indifferent to long delay. If I was informed correctly, the individual who is the owner, could be seen inside the "product" room chatting breezily with a client for ten minutes,who had already paid with product bag in hand, as others were waiting to be served. That indifference and I dare say arrogance, is not fun!

Stopped by looking for Landrace strains which they didn't have but the woman budtender was great clean attractive and totally knowledgeable. The prices were very good and I ended up getting a gram of Blackberry Kush I believe which was everything anyone could want very potent and grown exceptionally well ,the terpenes and taste were excellent , the gram was a large single bud and was some of the most potent I have ever tried.No harsh chemical fertizer taste, smooth and clean .$13 out the door ,if you are in Salida this is the shop to go to.

I have been a medical patient for two years now and absolutely love going into THC!!! From the first day I walked in, I have been very impressed. The girls are very knowledgeable about the products they carry and answer any questions I have, they make me feel very welcome, comfortable and take as much time as needed with me. With their assistance, I am satisfied, knowing about the products that I am purchasing. I have been medication free for almost a year now and could not be happier ! Thank You to THC and the girls for helping me be pain and medication free!!!!

Definately the best you will find in Salida. Not sure what these other people meant by bad vibes, was welcomed and well cared for. Selection was better than several of the places I have been to, even in Denver. Had at least a dozen strains (not too dry, which is a problem with these smaller towns) and a decent selection of concentrates. Prices were highest I have had out the past 4 places I have been, but not outrageous. Only reason they got 4 stars and not 5.

After visiting the other two cannabis dispensaries in town, I finally made it over to Tenderfoot. I am in love with this place. The staff was personable and insanely knowledgeable. We talked about my conditions, that I hoped I might be able to combat with cannabis, and I was shown multiple ways I might be able to treat my conditions. They explained every product to me and how it might affect me. They didn't rush me through just to make a sell. It was an extremely positive experience AND I was turned on to some strains I had never heard of.Plus, I didn't have to guess or take anyone's word regarding how much THC and CBD each product had in it.Tenderfoot is MY official dispensary. I simply dig it.
