The staff was really helpful and cool and didn't have that veil of superiority you get from staff a lot of times when you go into other dispensaries. Got an $8 pre-rolls recommended to me that had me feeling a high I haven't had since high school. Will go again

Nice, clean set up. It's not usually busy but from 4-6pm I have had to wait a couple times. I think it's expensive, but all dispensaries are these days (boo!). Good selection of gummies, and drinks, but the flower selection could be enhanced. Good location and helpful staff, just wish it was a little cheaper per item... Especially the gummies

I chose to go with a Golden State, snow Dream & Night Sky since I've smoked multiple times! A total of $117 and I left a $3 tip! I come home and come to find out the weed is not The weed I've been smoking... It's false and it doesn't even get me high! I go back Today 5/1/2020 @9am and ask to speak to the manager to see if we could rectify this situation and he says that he can't do anything for me... & "THATS THE RISK YOU TAKE!!!" in the words of the Manager. You Robbed me from my $ and you won't even try and help me???? I hope this reaches someone important that can help me from Columbia Care.

Luv this place... They always have everything that I want. I went to so many other dispensary's and Columbia care was my final destination. The staff that is there always have tons of knowledge about the different flowers, and I never smoke the same kind it's always different and good!! The best thing is that I could walk there too cause it's so close.. never a wait ur in and out within 15 mins.. This is my place!! Haven't gone anywhere else.... 🍀👍

I really like the staff, however their flower is old and dry...I looked at all of the top shelf...almost no smell and harsh AF to smoke. I bought 2 premium eighths from unopened containers, hoping they’d be better, but they’re not.Not sticky.Not stinky.Tight packed dried out buds that crumble when you try to break off a piece. So harsh.

Upon arrival, the two grams I had ordered online were not there. Just an empty bag with a receipt was waiting for me. I drove clear out of my way after work to pickup my order that had supposedly been filled. I wouldn't have gotten anything if I hadn't already driven so far. A message or call letting me know they sold the items would have been nice. I still do not feel satisfied with how my order was dealt with.

Top shelf, high end, upscale, wonka factory feel, wish i had red bottoms to walk that walk. That's the eye's view. My brain, my inner peace, ....WAY OVER PRICED, NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT, WEED IN PRETTY cases. Point blank period. $155 of mediocre flower and wax. I was so disappointed. Columbia care is a great new business kind of tucked away in Mission Bay, behind the La Quinta hotel. Anyone providing ID that demonstrates they are over the age of 18 is allowed to enter and look around all of the possibilities of marijuana Vapes, edibles and flower, etc. There are guards outside to ensure that one provides ID and that people who don't belong inside Columbia Care don't get in. All of the products are fresh and I swear by the LoCul flower 10 gram amount, Black Label indica. LoCulis locally grown marijuana flower and it has some extra taxes but overall is inexpensive, at about $10/gram. There are only buds and completely 0 shake. There are always people who are free to help you out and workers who know all about the products and are free and willing to discuss them with you.

My first visit here I placed an online order for pick up. After 45 minutes I hadn't gotten a notification that it was ready, but was in the area so I went to the storefront to wait. After browsing the shop for 10 minutes without being acknowledged, someone asked if they could help me. I told them I was waiting for an online order but it didn't seem to be ready yet. She said their online ordering system hadn't pushed it through, and prepared it immediately. She was very apologetic and gave me a discount for the wait. Cool. Figured I'd give them another try, so I placed another online order for pick up a few weeks later. When I got there, I was told to check in and I'd be let in to pick up my order. However when I was checked in I was told to get to the back of the line, regardless of the fact that I was picking up an order. They still have you queue up and wait behind the people who still have all of their browsing and shopping to do. What's the point of placing an order ahead of time, then? I did so because I was in a hurry, and after 5 or so minutes waiting outside, I had to leave to make my next appointmentI don't think I'll be back, but the prices and location were great for me that one time.
