I made two checks on their menu next to the two different grams of concentrate that I WANTED. (Patiently waited in the parking lot) Timmy decided to bring me whatever he felt like bringing. Didn’t realize it till I got home. Called, No retunes, so guess who is out $50 with dabs they couldn’t careless for???^ Double check and make sure you’re leaving with the Medicine you want people.

Love this place and its people. Seems to have a high employee turnover. But its always a pleasure meeting new bud tenders. Still love this place since my first visit. And honestly the only place I really go unless I'm in the mood for a Kaviar. Wish they would sell them then I would only go here. Lol. Love you guys and gals. Keep up the great work you do.

Place was very professional and kept it strict like I'd hope so being close to a major airport where many tourist might come after getting off their flight. My friend had an issue with getting in since he didn't have an up to date ID as it was vertical and they have a clearly states sign which says they don't accept those. Isahah was very helpful trying to figure out what we wanted and what we should try according to his experience ,also told us to head to a different spot to try so that all of our friends can be inside the show room. Comparing it to other legal states Colorado as a first impression is really nice to see what other states can get to at some point into the future.

Weed is okay but some of the staff are questionable. I went in and while checking in accidentally left a $20 at the counter and when I went to check out realized I had left it but was told someone had walked off with it. Now I know I shouldn’t have forgotten it and it’s not Terrapin’s fault that someone took it, but the man at the counter said he saw someone take it and didn’t say anything when he very easily could have. Not the best experience and won’t be coming back.

Been shopping here consistently since they opened. 2019 has been terrible downward spiral for their customer service and basic overall effort. The product quality has been getting worse as well.+ Their point system seems to have stopped working and the manager told me he would fix it, then told me today he "couldn't recall " telling me that. I get how high you are, just maybe write something down. Never shopping here again. Spent 10s of thousands of dollars here too. Sad. Maybe the 1100 other dispensaries in Denver know about customer service...

I love this shop.. This location especially.. They always have a happy staff, who get to know their customers, amazing flower, they always have pre rolled joints and the wax and shatter selection is always good. The whole vibe is good and you can feel it in their flowers. Also I saw Lindsay S. got employee of the month, so cool. She is one of my favorite bartenders. Cheers guys..

Great prices... Products always on point... Quality 👍👍👍 price👍👍👍 this is my favorite dispensary... Can't beat that bear pack price... Any where else in the metro you go you aren't gonna find quality anywhere near the quality of their concentrates... You can spend another $45 for 8 gs and you still won't get this quality... If you dab, vape, or hit concentrates in anyway, get your butt down to Terrapin Care Station at either location and grab 8 g's of high quality concentrates for the low with that bear pack! Just moved to the area from a few miles south, wanted to check out what was available. First time to any Terrapins. REC Customer. Location is very bus friendly. I was here at 9pm on a Sunday, so I can't comment on service or speed during the rush. They don't keep your ID, which I like. Also saw ATM in lobby. Sales floor is a decent size, lots of glass countertops. Good range of stoner stuff like; silicon bongs, nice peices, plastic grinders, glass blunts and super slim chillums. I picked up some papers and (3) preroll cuz they wuz $5guuurl. Smoked well. The flower delivered. I be high. Except maybe for aroma/flavor. But, it is a preroll... Cool deals too. I'll be back. The motivating squid who helped me was very knowledgable and patient. He was also surprisingly clean looking for a Navy man.

So I just turned 21 about a week ago, and this place happened to be the very first despensary I ever stepped foot in. With that being said, I'm happy to let everybody know that I felt that the staff here was very friendly, welcoming, informative and helpful.Which for a beginner like me who has basically no knowledge of any details involving this new industry, was very comforting.So I say check this place out, it's worth it!

It's really disappointing that this business does not care about customers. I've been going to this dispensary for about a year now and about 90% of the time I go in the evening as my work schedule doesn't allow me to go any earlier. Well apparently if you don't go early enough, they sell out. This is very frustrating for a customer who spends a lot of money there. I spoke with Raul, there supervisor on duty, who basically couldn't explain why they're always out of shatter in the evenings. I explained how I thought it was unfair to customers who can only make it in the evening. His body language told me he didn't care what I was saying. I asked him if there was anything he could do for me and he told me no and he suggested that I call ahead. I suggested maybe they should update their menu on Weedmaps. Horrible customer service and rude staff.
