Honestly surprised at all the negative reviews this place has. I've been frequenting this place for about four years and they have gone through a bunch of changes but aside from a few hiccups I think they're incredible. People also have to remember that one bad experience doesn't mean the whole place is terrible all the time. Some of the reviewers need to remember that these are people working here and they're trying to not only do their job but do it to the standards of the incredibly strict federal rules. I can't remember the last time one of the staff was actually rude to me, sometimes they don't know everything about a certain product, but it all changes so frequently you can't realistically expect them to know everything about every product they have at any given moment. I'm incredibly pleased with the help I've received in those few situations where things weren't as advertised, etc. They still have to follow the rules, but in my experience if you're understanding and polite they'll do everything in their power to help make it right for you. Don't let one bad experience (or even worse- somebody else's one bad experience) keep you from trying this place. All the people I've worked with are friendly, nice, and professional. Have been going there for years and don't intend to stop any time soon.
