Brianna messed up my order. I ordered 1 oz of Cherry Diesel. I get home look at my pouch and it’s an ounce of Hash Haze SHAKE. I feel ripped off to the max. I will NEVER return.

Trying to purchase 8 dablicators online for 29.95 each. Subtotal comes out almost $100 more. $29.95 x 8 = $239.60I recommend not to go to a dispensary that cannot accurately calculate the cost of product online. It seems they are wanting to push customers away with their lack of simple mathematics. Don’t get ripped off, go to a better dispensary!

Used to love this place but these last few visits made me wanna find another dispensary. I checked in and handed my ID, was asked to check the menu because they were short on supplies, (like usual) Menu had what I wanted so I waited 15 mins and they tell me they are out of stock on all flower and pre rolls. No hand sanitizer anywhere also or employees wiping stuff down when you walk in. My question is why wasn’t someone in the waiting area announcing that you are out of stock on certain items so my time wasn’t wasted?

Prices are high, parking can be a nightmare, and there are frequently girl scouts and other solicitors out front. But they sell marijuana and cbd products, the staff is knowledgeable and professional, and the additional police presence outside can be appreciated if you are following laws and simply don't want to get robbed of your purchase.

The new points system is God awful. I had been coming here since 2016. I have to come 20-40 times to accrue a useable amount of points. I spend $120 every time I come in. So I have to spend $2400-$4800 to get any kinda useable points. Pretty large difference from the $420 I used to spend to get $42 off. I will find a better place for a long time customer

I've only been to three different recreational dispensaries but Terrapin Care Station on Mississippi is my favorite. Very professional, competitive prices and the facility is secure, tidy and well lit. The other places I've tried have felt sketchy in one way or another. Not so at Terrapin. My only gripe is that they recently stopped accepting debit cards and are back to cash only.

I absolutely love these guys down here at terrapin on Mississippi they all are great, have great customer service and I'm treated like family. I dont have my med card anymore but the prices here for rec aren't bad at all for the quality you get. If you like indicas definitely check out their ugly stepsister it tastes great and is a beauty to look at.

My wife went to this location today in my place to buy the terrapin joints, she arrived and from her description it was a short white bud tender “taking care” of her. She asked for a box of terrapins and He said they were out so she went to call me to ask what she should do and he mentioned to her that she could not be kn the phone. Totally understandable but then he turns to her and says. You shouldnt have to call anyone, you wanna come here to buy marijuana for other people! FIRST OF ALL MIND YOUR DAMM BUSINESS second of all. Your not the owner. Your not the manager, you just a tender so learn some respect. Because of this situation me and my FAMILY will be taking our business elsewhere after 2 years of being loyal customers

This shop is so inconsistent with employee quality and product quality. No one in the shop and the lady working the register wants to have a power trip over where I stand for 10 seconds instead of providing me with a good experience or at least coming off friendly. I came to make a purchase not be micro managed on 10 feet as to where I’m standing for 5 seconds with not one other customer in the shop. I get you have rules but make sure customer experience is considered. Talon did make the situation better for me but for the First Lady to refuse me as a customer when I can go to many other places in the city. One bad experience and you lose customers for life in this industry. Poor shopping experience from someone who has industry experience.

They wouldn't accept my Puerto Rico ID, claiming it had to be a US ID issued in the US. Absolute nonsense. Puerto Rico is part of the US and my ID is valid anywhere in the United States. It says so on the ID itself. He claimed I needed a passport which is also nonsense. I am an American citizen and my ID is a US ID. I have gone to many dispensaries in Colorado and not ever once have I had a problem with my Puerto Rico ID until I came to this one. Ignorant and offensive employees, I will never come back here. Shame on them.Instead go to Lightshade or The Green Solution. Much better prices, service, awesome staff...and no prejudice!!!
