Feedback:

Google map directions were awful, directed me to an un-signaged building south of Tetra. Not Tetra's fault, I imagine. Woman who took my ID was nice. Woman who led me into the store? Not at all. Unfriendly and impatient. I haven't been fluent in the language of marijuana for 40 years and was seeking really basic information. My massage therapist had recommended Tetra thinking ingested marijuana might help to loosen some knots in my shoulders. I specifically stated to the staff person that a particular lemonade had been recommended. She did not guide me in that direction; rather she unhelpfully showed me a chewable item with both CBD and THC and another with just THC. She couldn't distinguish which ingredient was appropriate for my stated need. I made my purchase ($50) feeling rushed and then as I was being directed out, I peeked around and found, lo and behold, a cold case full of lemonade. I had not even left the store and the woman would not exchange what I didn't want (and was misguided to) for what I did want. So, I got the lemonade for another $24. There are so many CBD/THC stores out there now, seems customer care would be a pretty high priority in the interest of competition.
