Great customer service, consistently awful medical product. Went back to this place several times over the years in the hopes that they would someday improve, but they only got worse. There are other dispensaries in the neighborhood that actually seem to care about the medication they sell. There was some stuff I got here that was so nasty and full of chems it was just unusable.

Google map directions were awful, directed me to an un-signaged building south of Tetra. Not Tetra's fault, I imagine. Woman who took my ID was nice. Woman who led me into the store? Not at all. Unfriendly and impatient. I haven't been fluent in the language of marijuana for 40 years and was seeking really basic information. My massage therapist had recommended Tetra thinking ingested marijuana might help to loosen some knots in my shoulders. I specifically stated to the staff person that a particular lemonade had been recommended. She did not guide me in that direction; rather she unhelpfully showed me a chewable item with both CBD and THC and another with just THC. She couldn't distinguish which ingredient was appropriate for my stated need. I made my purchase ($50) feeling rushed and then as I was being directed out, I peeked around and found, lo and behold, a cold case full of lemonade. I had not even left the store and the woman would not exchange what I didn't want (and was misguided to) for what I did want. So, I got the lemonade for another $24. There are so many CBD/THC stores out there now, seems customer care would be a pretty high priority in the interest of competition.

TERRIBLE DISPENSARY. BEYOND BAD. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED. CALLED MANAGEMENT- THEY DIDNT RETURN MY CALL. DIDNT RETURN TWO EMAILS EITHER. I WAS RIPPED OFF AND TREATWD SO RUDELY THE ENTIRE WAITING ROOM WITNESSING THE BS WALKED OUT ALSO. THERE IS A REASON THE PLACE IS EMPTY ALL THE TIME. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I love coming to this place.. I have been using Tetra Hydro Center ever since I moved to CO.. I have never had a problem with any of the personal.. I also have never had a problem with the medicinal or recreational. I have gone to other shops and keep coming back to THC for the prices, product and the personal.. I am thankful for the help and and friendliness..

I came to this specific location because of their great reviews (now I’m more than sure the damn employees wrote these reviews themselves). First time I went in they didn’t even ask for my I.D. Ok cool. I purchased a cartridge - it didn’t work. I took it back and the staff was intolerable! After explaining my issue to 2 different people i finally got a new one. This one didn’t work either. I come back again for a 3rd time in one day, one of the employees tried asking for my ID - I didn’t have it because the last two times I had gone noone bothered asking for it. I then had to go back to my car to get my ID then go back in and explain the entire scenario to a completely different person. They exchanged it and once again it did not work. At this point I was not going to go back in to return it and more than likely get another that did not work. I don’t understand how they are still I. Business. This place is a complete joke. Wouldn’t recommend it to anybody - ever.

Service dogs are not allowed in this dispensary. They will tell you otherwise. They will ask you for your service dog registration, what?!!!They violated my civil rights in more ways than one. Owner response?? I'd welcome it. Apparently, no owner information is given. According to the nameless employee. She refuses to give her name. People with disabilities have rights. Do your employees think they have a right to supersede the law? More training is required. I think.And maybe more kindness and less attitude from your employees. It's not difficult to be nice. More Can be settled with conversation. Nothing gets settled with confrontation. Maybe, you should write that on the Blackboard for your employees to see?

WoW!!.. 0...It tastes so bad.. We went there to buy two grams and they are so bad. It taste like something fishy.. The manager was not going to hear it.. He was so rude.. One of them is a total different color under the top of it.. The reclaim from my bong tast better.. I go to the store across the street everyday but i want something new BIG MISTAKE!!!! never gain..

Very unprofessional place. I was called in for an interview, the manager said he would definitely be in touch within 5 days to let me know wether I was hired or passed over. He prided himself on how some place will leave you hanging and never call you back and that he was absolutely not like that. It's been 3 weeks he hasn't even bothered to return any of the msgs.that I've left for him, at least 1 a week. A professional manager would have called, just saying.

The bud here has rocket engines flies you to the moon NOT they just charge crazy like it is precoius diamonds WOW shame on them we are suppose to be a community and have Passion for this plant we have all fought for.
