I have been a member for a few years now, since their old location at the strip-mall. I was shocked they were able to keep up as the place was always totally packed. The new location is great, so clean and neat.The staff at TVAR are amazing. They are always there to help you with any questions. The new website is awesome, so easy to use even on mobile devices, can look at entire stock, high resolution photos of the majority of strains and super easy pre-orders and followed by texts and emails on the status of your order (99% of the time it's ready in 30 min.)TLDR: TVAR is amazing. awesome prices, awesome selection and awesome staff. Such a great place and I truly feel blessed to be able to legally enjoy cannabis and visit places like TVAR. I have been using Cannabis since mid 90s on a daily basis, I never thought I would be able to legally buy ultra high grade stuff, at half the price .- Thanks TVAR, you're the sh!t!!! T. DOERING

The owners and knowledgeable staff here exemplify the meaning of compassionate care with kind and helpful service and great programs for patients. They were one of the first in the state and they have a mission of healing and alternative relief. The offerings are always good, the pharmacists helpful in recommending products that might work best for you within your budget.

Remember our Mothers raving about how this would kill us? We all knew better....that it was saving our lives. Thank you TVR for helping to save my life, and that is not hyperbole. I get a kick out of visiting the always up to date website with a menu like Chinese takeout! The only complaint I have is with the State, why can't the "street" names be used as well?

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the products are of great quality. I will admit that I was a bit skeptical at first, but after working with the staff, I was able to find the correct products to help me & for the first time in 10+ years & over 20 Spine, Neck,& Brain Surgeries I have been able to reduce my pain medication!! I still have 3 big surgeries to go, but I’m so glad that I tried MM & cannot say enough about everyone who works at Thames Valley!!

I wish I could give this “A” team 6/5 stars. While I was in the waiting room I overheard one of the other customers say he’d rather travel a much further distance to go to this dispensary. By the time I left I could understand why- Laurie Zrenda first off, was more than helpful processing my info. She made sure that I had the correct information, and gave me a choice of many doctors she thought would best fit for me. Once I came back to hand in my paperwork I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Rachel who was very patient with me even though the office was very busy. Not that it effected her efficiency. You can tell each person working there loves their job, and treats each individual like family. To Laurie and the crew I met today: You all are awesome, I couldn’t have asked for more. I will recommend Thames Valley Alternative Relief to my own family and friends. For anyone out there in need of relief these are the people to speak to. I can not thank you enough. Staff are all very nice and helpful. And everyone is very knowledgeable. I like that they provide so much information to patients. Like, when you go there for the first time, they have you watch an informative video that they made explaining the different ways to use marijuana and their effects, and a rundown of the different strains (sativa, indica, hybrid). They also give you all that information in a packet to take home. I think the whole thing is a great idea.And, getting products from them is very convenient. They update menus as soon as they can. They have a variety of products for different needs. And you can order online or make appointments. I ordered online and a staff member emailed me within minutes asking when I wanted to pick everything up. It's very fast and easy to buy from them.

Everyone there is helpful and ready to answer any questions you may have, I thought it might be a little uncomfortable going in. But I was mistaken! The whole visit was centered around your needs, and what you didn't understand, was explained to you in a way that you could.
