Wonderful customer service from an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fair and competitive prices paired with a bast and diverse selection of products to choose from. I would absolutely love to see a location open in West Olympia!

I came in for the Cold Smoke concentrates and this location had a great selection. The budtender who helped me was friendly, but the service I had on the phone was terrible. I called with a couple of questions because I had never been to this location before, and the person I spoke to answered with something like “I don’t know, I’m still being trained about that.” If you can’t answer my question maybe ask one of the three budtenders standing on the sales floor. Really not unhappy with the product they carry, but the guy who answered the phone was not helpful at all.

The Budtenders, All of them, are very friendly and knowledgeable. They enjoy telling you about the different types of pot and offer up their own experience and opinion. My daughter and I have become regulars so we're always made to feel comfortable and not rushed.They really want to make sure; you get what you came for and are happy with your purchase.

Been going to the THC since medical days. I've been treated with nothing but respect. Top notch products with knowledge to back it up. If one tender doesn't know they'll ask another. Great deals throughout the week! Sign in join their loyalty program. Worth it. Ounce prices are fair and wide. Plenty of joints to dig through. Edibles for days. Gorgeous setup- great space- overall mad respect for the THC!

The people there are so amazing. They care about you and your day, and love to help you find exactly what you're looking for. The prices are crazy 5$ Phat Pandas (Phat Panda is pretty bad ass as well) and they almost always have 15$ grams of oil as well. They treat their customers like friends and are always ready with a smile and a suggestion. Seriously awesome shop and crazy kind people. [WELL BEHAVED] Dog friendly as well!

Great shop close to town. While their sister store in Lacey is quite a bit larger, I visited this location first and was floored by the customer service. The staff was so welcoming of questions and just talking about product. They had incredible flower specials and the two women budtenders were happy to help me pick out a couple different strains that they preferred. Walked out with a great deal, extremely tasty bud (the Barry White she rec' was just stellar) and a smile on my face. I've still not had a bad experience at any of the shops I've been to since moving to Olympia. The deciding factor is really location when I'm in the market. You can't go wrong with either "THC of" location. The perfect place to go if you have questions or just need recommendations. Thank you ladies!

I liked the cheap buds at first but then I started buying their concentrates and ran into nothing but problems. And this past time I went in about spent like 300 dollars and two of the concentrate cartridges malfunctioned and leaked onto the battery. Now the battery doesnt work and I have a half gram worth of wasted concentrate. I went into the store and they basically didnt care at all that I wasted 50 dollars through them. The chick in there was like "I can sell you a new pen." @$!#&# great, thank you for that.
