Dishonest business. Such terrible customer service, that this is my first and only review I've ever left. Had them pull a part for me. I asked if I could go in the yard to see if part was functional on car as this particular part with certain mileage often fails. They said that I wasn't allowed. I understood, but asked to make sure part was functional before pulling it. They said they would. Paid for part as I took their word it wasn't defective. As I was walking to my car, I examined the part and noticed it was as defective as my original part. Walked back (literally minutes later) and I told them the situation in a kindly manner. They refused to refund part. To make matters worse, I had driven from Monument and the employees had absolutely no grace.
