Feedback:

We have a couple regular GOOD dispensaries but we stopped in on Saturday for the first time to try them out(drove an hour even). Awful experience. Told the guy I wanted Blueberry Live Resin for my nerve pain, he pulled it out and showed it to me, I told him I wanted it he said cool and rung me up. Got home and he had switched it for some other strain(maybe a stupid stoner mistake on his part) that wasn't even an Indica and had no pain relief. When I called right away he remembered me and admitted to the mistake, then essentially told me too bad, nothing they can do since its "against the law" to take returns. Guy couldn't get his head out of the box to figure out when a dispensary does the customer wrong, they COMP the customer the product they screwed them on - he was stuck on the idea that it's illegal to take a return and put it back on the shelf after it left the store. It's not about the law - you take the product they "return" and you throw it in the trash and man up and comp the product you shorted the customer on. My dispensary that I am signed with has done this twice in the past year when they accidently sent me home with something other than I asked(it happens - no biggie when they fix it). IT's also against the law for a restaurant to take food back once it leaves the counter - so you know what they do when they screw up an order? Throw away the first one and COMP the customer. This dispensary has NOTHING in place for when a budtender messes up - they told me to come back in and spend more money and they will give me a discount lol. Nope. It's also a poorly run and operated dispensary- One of the few dispensaries in the Springs using the Weedmaps menu but who are too lazy to fill in the strains they carry(concentrates). Then the layout in the store is super goofy and not customer friendly. They stack all the concentrate in boxes in coolers and you have to practically beg the bud tender to sort through each box and read the strains. It took a half an hour to find out what they had in stock where it takes all of 5 minutes in most dispensaries I visit. It's not enough to be some random guy with money - you need common sense and good management, and a little bit of keeping up with the industry in order to have a good store. This is the opposite of that - a store put up and on auto pilot with no thought put into making it a good, logical shopping experience. So they learn the hard way how easy it also is to earn a bad review. Save your time and money and visit a good dispensary like JPWellness or Native Roots. Too many good shops in the springs to be wasting time and money here.
