She is professional, highly dedicated, pays attention to every single detail, and has great resources/connections in the industry. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy agent, that will do what it takes to get the best deal at the best rates. I am looking to buy a property in LA. I sent an email to Blair Chang, the owner and partner of The Agency RE. His name and email was listed on the property as selling agent.Few hours later, I called his office. He was not there but his assistant assured me that he will respond to my inquiry.A week later and no reply. I feel bad for the sellers thinking he really cares about selling their property.And by reading other posts, I realize this business has far more problems.Michael Tuscany

We purchased a home and Brendan was the selling agent. It was a horrible experience. The sellers shut the water off the day we closed and we could not get it turned on for three days. We couldn’t even use the home. The keys came in a mass with no idea what opened what door. The security system was also turned off and we have no idea how to activate. I would understand if we were buying a 100k dollar home but not in our price range. Stay away from this agency and Brendan as well. Nicole from the O group was fantastic and did everything to make the experience wonderful from her end.

These people are absolute and pure slime. Literal trash humans. 1. I was a renter in a condo being sold and watched them constantly lie to potential buyers about the property. 2. They told potential buyers they could take photos of my apartment with my stuff and me in it... which is NOT legal. 3. They over-valued the condo. It never sold with them in charge. 4. They would just show up with potential buyers at my door with no notice. 5. They threatened eviction because I wasn't complying with their illegal harassment of my own personal space to the point I had to hire a lawyer. You have to question what kind of deal you're going to get from scumbags who lack any ethics. Stay away.

I submitted an offer to one of their listings and got an email response letting us know they decided to go with another buyer. Which is completely fine. However, the email contained the history where Azy forwarded our offer, writing “Here is another offer. They are idiots”. Next time, please remember to remove/delete your history when insulting.
