Feedback:
Cookies 5 stars; service not at all 5 stars. Cookies are delicious; sandwiches are good. Tallying more negative experiences. Most Recently: called in a bday cake. Confirmed order with girl over the phone a few times and had related conversation "what time do you close" 9 "okay I'll be there at 8:30." No reason in that context or my order for them to think a different time. Arrived at 8:30. Long wait for my order. Turns out they didn't make it and put us in at 8:30am. Couldn't make one either. We asked for the manager. She said she can make it in the morning. She said it like we should come in the morning, like it's our responsibility to fix their mistake. Disrespectful. We couldn't pick it up at a later time if we wanted to. Manager offered us cookies when we left. Felt like she gave us cookies she was going to throw out anyways. Impression left: paradise made a mistake. They're not willing to fix that mistake and imply the customer should. Overall feeling of "you're not worth celebrating a birthday."
