I was interested in getting flowers for my girlfriend while studying in New Zealand. They delivered the flowers to specific spot outside her dorm, following my detailed email, which I was more than grateful for because our mailing services are closed on Sundays. She really really enjoyed the flowers and I'm so thankful for their service and quality.

This is my go-to florist for special occasions or whenever I simply want to send a meaningful and sincere message. I have bought flowers here three times and will return for more.The customer service is great: staff are friendly, cheerful, helpful and informative.Two times I've bought arrangements in vases (the ones in the pictures) and they provided a cardboard box to easily transport the flowers, which was really helpful."Flowers and fruits are always fit presents; flowers, because they are a proud assertion that a ray of beauty outvalues all the utilities of the world." Phenomenal customer service! I have placed two separate orders here for arrangements to give to clients of mine. I called to place an order, not knowing what I wanted. The lady that answered was able to create a beautiful arrangement just from our discussion. She was so kind and friendly. I picked up my order the next day and was thrilled with what the florist created.

This is our go-to place to get flowers. We love it so much that we drive from Puyallup! Their flowers are fresh and smell amazing (some flowers now a days don’t even have any smell!). Their arrangements are beautiful and they always make exactly what I want! Julia is super sweet and makes you feel extremely welcome whenever you come in. Couldn’t recommend them more!!

So we ordered flowers for graveside and funeral... one of the bouquets started to wilt the same day and were extremely droopy by the funeral the next day even though we gave them plenty of water. We called and they quickly replaced the bouquet. Colors in the beautiful in blue bouquet were not as vibrant as the picture online, but still beautiful. Good customer service and the other bouquet was absolutely gorgeous.

I have used many florists over the last 20 years and this florists is barr none the absolute best of the best!!!This was my first order and the arrangement totally blew my girlfriend and me away!I have finally found a florists that will get all of my business. Oh, my gosh, this was the perfect place to order a special bouquet for my daughter's birthday. It was delivered to her work, Bethel High School, and is so bright and beautiful, they asked her to keep them in the office so they could all enjoy! It was a quick and easy transaction over the phone, very pleasant and efficient, thank you so very much. I look forward to using your services again!

I was able to order what I wanted over the phone. The florists was thoughtful and considerate. She was careful to listen and then reflected with confirmation of what she thought I was saying and asking for. I was surprised to get a photo of the flowers delivered for me with the written notice they had been delivered. I am very pleased and satisfied with the value Lund’s helped me provide for my 87 year old mother on her birthday. Very well done!

The customer service of Lund goes above and beyond. I currently live overseas and had a cousin involved in an accident. The flowers were lost in the confusion of the hospital, but Buds and Blooms went as far as to contact a sister location in my cousin's home town so they could deliver the arrangement to her home post hospital recovery. Julia followed up with me at every step via email and was immensely helpful. Truly impressed.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! BEST SERVICE!!! Julia and the delivery driver went out of their way to help me. I'll never forget! This kind of service is so rare these days. Late on Saturday afternoon, I decided to send balloons to my granddaughter for her 8th birthday. Florists were closing or had sent out their last deliveries for the day, including Lund. They asked if I could pick them up, but I was calling from the Midwest. The address was out of the way for Lund, but they made an exception for us so that our granddaughter could receive her balloons on her birthday. THANK YOU!!!!
