I found the staff here both unprofessional and inexperienced. Outside of filling the prescription, few seem to have a solid background in customer service or medical marijuana. There are better dispensaries and they are definitely worth the drive

Great staff, good product. I've been going to The Botanist locations since they opened in Canton and they make it comfortable and easy for any patient no matter their knowledge of cannabis.

First time visiting the botanist ever. From what I heard I had high expectations. There was a little blonde lady there, who seemed to be the manager, she seemed very judgmental and impatient. I felt very out of place. Knowledge about their products seemed limited, staff came off as very unprofessional. Very displeased.
