I was greeted in the lobby by friendly staff. I like that they have a Combat Veteran working there because he spoke my language. I was escorted into the back and I thought I was in a magical place. It was like walking in to a high end Jewelry store. Brian, my dispensing agent was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had a very pleasurable experience. Also, the were knowledgeable about the saga. That is definitely positive. May the force be with you, always.

This dispensary is by far the most convenient, well-supplied & well-staffed in the Cleveland area. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable!!! I will admit the products are very consistent and continue to improve each time!

This place is fantastic. I like the Botanist over the competing chains I've tried. The place is very secure. The staff is very knowledgable and explain everything very well. On top of that, they are friendly and create a great atmosphere. Some staff are also patients and can speak from experience regarding menu items.
