I was really nervous about going to a dispensary for the first time. I decided to go here and I realized I had nothing to worry about! They were so nice and kind. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me. I know this is the place I would choose to visit the next time. The waiting room was a really relaxing environment. They made me feel at ease the moment they welcomed me in.

This place is the best! it is a beautiful dispensary and it doesn't look like a clinic like the last place I went to which gave a very uncomfortable feeling. The worst part of My visit was the staff! Very unfriendly people! The Botanist has the best staff! They are all so nice and caring. They take their time to help your needs..they walk you through everything and answer all questions you have! I will never go anywhere else...no other place can beat the Botanist! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dispensary!

This is the best dispensary in NYS. Period! I made this account just to leave them a review. Terrific group of individuals who all are very knowledgeable in the field of cannabis. Borukh was confident in recommending a good 1:1 tincture for my pain and gave me a complimentary cold water. I left feeling hydrated and ready to live a better life. John is always professional and polite. I give them 100 stars each time for the great service.

I was treated so well here, I felt like a queen. I was warmly welcomed at the front desk, seated in a comfortable chair and given a cold bottle of water. Even though I left my prescription at home, I was assured there was no problem as long as I was getting a refill of my previous prescription-- which I was! It took less than 15 minutes for the script to be filled and I was on my way. I even got 10% off because I had Medicare. Bonus! You can't use credit cards, cash only, but I remembered from last time, so I came prepared. Nice people, great experience!
