Bus was an hour late and I missed my transfer supervisor didn't care at all.Seriously I called an uber to take me to my home. I fought this because I got a new ticket for next day and that was not sufficient.Anyway I had to contest this with my credit card they couldn't even provide the service that there business is run upon.Getting me home isnt a side dish Greyhound. That's literally all you do.

Our bus to Bakersfield at 6:15 AM was on time. We reached destination on time. The seats were good and ride was comfortable. The toilet inside bus was clean and we did not had any issues in travel. Only problem was that office was not open and we had to stand outside till bus arrived. During rainy season travelers will have some issues during their early morning ride as there is no shelter available. The office will open only at 8 AM.

The worst ever they cancelled on us and then last minute waxed us to drive to Palmdale to catch the bus there so after much talk and no progress they booked us for next day for 6:30 am North Hollywood station only to show up and find we and a young teen were the only ones there I mean not even the office was open , after 7am I called Greyhound who said and faild to notify us that they're was a delay but that the bud would be there by 8:00am the bus for not show up till almost 9 arrived in Los Angeles Greyhound station almost 10am my son was told to go sit down was not told why but he listened, after almost 1.5 hrs waiting my son asked another person there who told my son that the bud that why to Arizona had already left so my son Goes to talk to a Greyhound rep who had told him to go sit that he had forgotten all about my son and that by the way he had missed his bus not taking in consideration that it was not our fault and further more he would have to purchase another ticket I was out ragged my son had to wait 5 hrs with no food or water and we had to purchase another ticket needless to say that we called corporate and they were off no help either add they explained that it was out of they're control and would recommend that we just purchase another ticket and then on another day take it up with another Department, my son did not get to have a meal till maybe 8pm that night did not arrive to Arizona till midnight. If it was possible to este them a big ZERO MINUS I would quickly give then that and would be even to generous. They need to step up there customer service and people skills, they are so rude and cold hearted .

Worst service ever!!!!! Never never take this company again. They don’t care about people. My ride from El Paso, Tx to LA was horrible. First we left 2 hours after from El Paso, when we arrived to Phoenix it was supposed to be one hour and we ended up waiting for 3 hours. On the way back the bus from LA was 3 hours late and again in Phoenix we were stuck for almost 5 hours, their excuse? We don’t know where the drivers are. Seriously? WORST ride ever

Creepy location and If your dropped of at night or early morning you'll have to wait outside in front of the greyhound and its SCARY I had to get an uber home cause I didnt want to wait for my family to pick me up and have to wait outside longer, I'm better off going to the san Fernando greyhound station at least in there you have a place to sit, wait, get something to eat, vending machines etc.

Bus was 3 hours late departing Sacramento so everyone on this bus missed connections. Was suppose to get home at 12 midnight but arrived at 4am. Caused passengers all kinds of distress. Greyhound needs to shape up or Congress needs to step in. Public transportation like this should never exist in this country. I've taken Amtrak and it's far better than Greyhound.

The absolute worst nightmare. When I lost my luggage they would NEVER answer the phone. Even other Greyhound stations had difficulty getting in contact with the North Hollywood terminal. I needed to call my girlfriend and get her to go in person! Apparently the employee there HAD THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK. Unbelievable. The employee who was working there tried to play it off like she had someone on hold the whole time. My luggage had been sitting there for days and they never bothered to call the number on the tag! As soon as it was received at Oakland station, they were courteous enough to do their job and let me know it was there.

Dirty, needs refurbishing/updating, the buses smell of human waste and the chemicals in the toilet. The electrical outlets need fixing, often don't work. The seats, floors, entire interior of the bus is filthy and needs a serious douche! The WiFi doesn't allow one to access movies, YouTube, anything that might entertain while riding on their dirty, odiferous buses. Overall, I would tell anyone to take Amtrak, or any other transportation available. I only opted for Greyhound because there was a family emergency & had to get down to Los Angeles immediately; the other options available were not going soon enough. Otherwise, I would never take Greyhound!

Supervisor at this station is very rude, they don't respect their customers, they literally ask us to board on to bus or leave the station if you ask for any help .. I took 5:45 am bus to Burbank 5:45 am, this bus driver is the worst driver, I have never met such a person in my life ... This is his announcement he gave after the passengers boarded on to his bus " I won't apologize to any one in this bus if the toilet is not clean, if seats smell bad, if there is any delay reaching your destination " There is no proper courtesy, he didn't thank us for choosing Greyhound, bus supposed to start from station around 5:45 am, but he started at 6:40, neither he apologies nor given the reason behind the late. More over, there is no ticket printing facility here, print your own ticket at your home or near by stores. ... one of the worst bus service in USA

It's small. Just a room for checking in or purchasing tickets. As a matter of fact, it's so small that I've missed a bus because the bus just bypassed the place completely! No kiosk. It is just steps away from some restaurants or a park. After hours the building closes. And I mean closes. You are asked to leave and you will have to wait outside on the street. No safety for passengers waiting for the next bus. I suggest using this place in the light of day.
