Honestly so disappointing! My mom sometimes comes for candy and never had a bad experience. A few days ago my mom saw there were face masks and bought them. Not only were they expensive but very cheap quality. She only took one out and notice it ripped there were two ripped face mask that she didn’t wore. We went to ask if we can get any form of credit or refund. As soon as we went in the coworkers were giving me and my mom and aunt attitude. They went to get us the manager. When the manager talked to my mom he said there was no refund (understandable) however he was very rude about it. It looked like he wasn’t even the manager, by the tone he talked to us. My mom tried explaining how it was open because she was going to use one but notice it was ripped before trying it on. How are we suppose to know it’s ripped if it’s in the packaging? I recommend to NOT buy there face mask. It’s a scam and very cheap quality. Wearing this form of mask is like not wearing nothing at all.
