Have been a patient of the Joint for close to 10 years. I signed up in Eastvale but am in Rivetside quite often so utilize this location when I can. Dr. Maddy was beyond awesome, but has since relocated to care for family. Dr. Diane is awesome as well for a young kid lol. Always feel better after seeing him. The joint is first come first serve, and if there are new patients you could wait a bit but if are not in a rush it is worth the wait to just chill.

Terrible first experience and will never go back. I had an appointment as a new patient and watched as 3 other walk-ins went ahead of me. I was told that I was pushed back because my paperwork wasn't done and it had to be entered into the system therefore I lost my spot. However, the patient in front of me also had to fill out paperwork and they went right in. My appointment essentially meant nothing and I could not wait any longer. The girl upfront was clueless and could not care less.

I wish I could give this company as a whole less than 1 star. I make an appt and I was to my appoitment on time, they have 9 people ahead of me. The young girl on the front took my payment and told me; I was a walk-in, when clearly my name was on the schedule and she pointed it. Anyways the doctor was behind schedule and he was in a bad mood because I was hearing when he was complaing about me saying to refund me because He's not gonna see me and complaing about it. it was a really awkward situation because there was other patients and they were talking about me. I felt unwanted but I needed my back to be adjust, the manager was going back and foward talking with the doctor, at the end the manager came to me saying they can't see me and they gonna refund me. I asked her; why they didn't call ahead of time to let me know?, that they were unprofessional in many ways. Guess what the doctor got more upset, stared screaming and say something about to call the main corporation and walk out of the office. I was there for an hr. If you want to feel unwanted and want to wasted your time come here.

Dr Maddi and the staff are awesome and very personable. I been coming here for over a month. Walk-in are welcome but you need to do it before 3 pm because after that the day is ruled by clients whom made appointments. If you are a public servant or has or is current serving our country, you need to come here. He will give you a good deal. I can say that Dr Maddi truly cares and will give you the correct amount of time needed before he moves in to the next member so if he is running behind, just be patient because he cares for each patient equally. They don’t have an on-site X-ray but he will send you down the road to get some if he needs to see what level of hidden issues you have.

Dr. Maddi gave a fantastic adjustment! I walked out feeling great!! When you come here you have to understand that this is a walk-in clinic. You may be asked to wait, but it is worth the wait. Dr. Maddi has a heart for veterans. The staff was friendly. The adjustment was thorough and not quick or sharp. He made sure to talk with me about the areas of concern. He showed me how treatment will fix these concerns.

Waited outside for 30 min while they were at lunch and the receptionist opened the door without saying anything. So while I was waiting for the door to be unlocked, so I thought, two other people went in before me not knowing that the door was already open. After I walked in, I filled out a stack of paper work, after I was done the receptionist told me they were only going to be able to see one new patient today. So tell me why the receptionist didn't tell me this before I started the paper work and why I had to re-schedule if I was there first....I guess you have enough clients, so if you lose a few who cares right...

Dr. Maddi is a miracle worker. Let me tell you why. I have had migraines for the past 10 years ~ Minimum 3X a week. Life was hell. Tried every possible solution. Pain pills, Excedrin, massages, water treatments, ice packs, etc. Everything .. until I found out about chiropractic therapy. Found out that this could help. So being the $$ saver I am, I tried to look up prices and found out that the Joint membership is a money saver in the long run if you want help on a monthly/pro long service. This is where Dr. Maddi at the Riverside Plaza is a miracle worker. I tried at least 10-15 different Joints around or 50 miles from my area. I don't mind the travel as long as my head aches are gone. All the doctor, I would say were good. They did their job, patched you up.. then sent you home to see you again next visit. Dr. Maddi treated me like a personal friend. Massages my neck at times when he notices it is tense to better adjust my spine. Ice packs my lower back when needed because I had a lower back problem at one point in time. This man even adjusted me when he had a wrist and back injury.. when most doctors would call off or just adjust the minimum. He staff are so welcoming and hospitable, especially Karen. Always brings a smile to my face. I have been with him for 2 years AND I travel 30 min to and from my home. Even though I have 2 joints closer to me,,, just because he is that amazing. Believe me when I say, if you ever visit the joint... he is the Doctor to go to. Also Migraines all gone.. after 10 years.. ALL GONE AND life is great.

I love The Joint! I've been a patient here since February 2017. I workout a lot and played football in high school so I've had a history of lower back and sciatic pain. After going to numerous chiropractors all over the Inland Empire, looking for relief, The Joint Riverside is my chiropractor of choice. There are so many reasons why this place is great. For one, the staff is very friendly and personable. They always make you feel at home. Also, Dr. Madi and the team of chiropractors are very personal and professional. They spend time on your adjustment, making sure to get the treatment your back and body needs. They don't rush through giving you a mediocre adjustment just to get through as many patients as possible. The Joint has payment plans that can fit any budget and even a discount for service members and veterans. Overall, I recommend anyone who is open to preventative medicine and/or suffers from back pain and discomfort to check this place out!

When I came to Dr. Majdi a week ago I was in a lot of pain, after an initial exam he suggested that I go have xrays done prior to him "adjusting " me. Thank God I listened to him..we got the report and the xrays back seems that his first assesment was spot on!! What I thought was just a "sore back" turns out to be some damage on my spine..he has asked me to get another set of xrays to see a different part of my spine(thoracic) because the damage looks to be all the way up. Thank you Dr. Majdi..you truly are the best..you eased my pain today and definitely changed my mind about Chiropractors..I would suggest Dr. Majdi to anyone who asks..I know this is going to be a long recovery and I am thankful that I'm literally in the best "hands" in the business.
