Every time I order from there its never even ready when I give them a hour. And it never tells me when it is ready and when I get to the shop they say they dont have what I ordered so I waste my... more

The Connection is one of the most friendly and helpful for everyone to be able to get their needs met. We are senior citizens, and we have been to many of the stores in WA. These people are family people who are funny, fair, honest, willing to order things to try out. I have always had a great time at the store. I look forward to seeing everyone and trying the new products. Keep up the great work, you people are awesome.

I had a great experience, I’m visiting from Georgia, the doorman had great Customer service, He checked my Ga ID as to having a conversation as to I’m new to the dispensaries, good pointers as to when I entered.. The bartenders as well with great customer service... As I got my OG’Cush 😴😴😴😄😄. I came back the next day and the doorman & bartenders remembered me from the day before NOTHING BUT TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE ( NW Cannabis Connection) will always have my business 💯💯💯💯💯

On March 5 2020, put in an online order, picked it up, gave the guy a 100$ bill, my bill was 21.82, the register tell you how much change to give back, they don't count change back any more, I just put it in my wallat, after I got home I looked to see how much money I had, cause I had to make it stretch for the week, I find only a 20 and two 5$ bills, I s should have 78$, I called up NW Cannabis talked to the accountant I guess, a couple days later was told I could pick up the $ I was owed, it was put in an envelope, and handed to me by a blonde lady, they were acting kind of strange, dummy me, waited till I got home opened the envelope and there's only four 10$ bills, they shorted me 8$, I haven't gone back and never will, all I did was buy some stuff and this is what I get, was pretty nice about it also, felt real stupid, thanks NW Cannabis

I went in after finding my passport FINALLY and when i walked in everyone was super nice and super helpful. When it was my turn i was helped by liz and she used to work at another dispensary i used to go to. She helped me find just what i needed for my trip. she has ALWAYS been super nice and helpful. SHE ALSO HELPED ME OUT MORE THAN ANYONE I HAVE MET TODAY. Im super happy that she was at this dispensary! I cant wait to come back and see her again!

Great specials, great budtenders, and great serivice. Love the order-ahead feature, but I'd love it more if what I ordered were actually set aside so it was all there during my pickup time. It's wonderful that the budtenders will happily and patiently work with you to find good substitutes, but it would be better--and less time-consuming (sort of the point of ordering ahead)--if they didn't have to because what you ordered had been set aside from the stock in the first place. That's my only nit as it's happened the past two times with order ahead. Every unplanned drop-in visit is wonderful. Budtenders know their stuff and are super helpful.

Amazing dispensary, have gotten to know a few of the bud-tenders over the last year as I've made my visits. What allowed this dispensary to stand out to me in particular were their social distancing. The inside is setup appropriately for the current guidelines issues by our governor, and each employee make it a duty to ensure these guidelines are being followed. Much love!

I went to Northwest cannabis connections to buy a vape cartridge on March 20th. I went home to try it out the same day did not work so I called they answered and said I could come back in to exchange it. I went back in on March 21st to exchange it but to my knowledge they said to try it again and that it should work and not to tighten it too much on my battery. Okay so I went home with thesame cartridge that didn't work for me the first time to try it again when I get home. The same cartridge did not work so I called him again on March 21st the same day they said okay coming to exchange it again. So today is the third day I've attempted to come in to exchange it but they still didn't not exchange it and they did not give me a refund so I literally left it with them when I left the store and I left the receipt with them everything was with the original packaging there was nothing wrong with it other than that it did not work with my battery and I wanted a different cartridge to try they did not give me anything in return I literally bought an item for $30 and I still don't have this item so I gave them technically $30

NWC is 1st in price and product but last place for speed and space (parking). The gallery is last place for price and product but second place for speed and parking.

I originally had given this place a 5-star until just recent visits at night time to this store that left a horrible impression. The online ordering especially at night time is a joke. Some of the employees feel like if you order online you still have to stand in line which seems kind of pointless doesn't it? Especially when you are told that online ordering is for Express orders and it's make the budtenders job easier 😂. Also a couple employees don't want to give you your discounts if you have points on your account, they just say you don't have no discounts so adding up points is as useless as online ordering. Daytime never had a problem props to them for that, but at night I rather go to 420 Tacoma and that's about another 15 min out the way.
